Imaskari Campaign

Are there any books designed to play a campaign in the old Imaskari Empire? I know there were two for Netheril and some for the fall of Myth Dranar but are there any meant for Imaskar?

Not in the Arcane Age product line.

For third edition there is Lost Empires of Faerûn, which has a chapter on that region. I would also try to get the Old Empires book, and use the information there to figure out how things were in the past. (You can get that one as pdf.)

Doesn't that start with the founding of Mulhorand and Unther? I must have the wrong Old Empires book.

The Imaskari are mostly undetailed. Even more so if you want any information about the time frame of the empire itself. You free to add anything you want.

Other then the books mentioned, the 3.5E Underdark book has the Deep Imaskari in it.
