I never said I was naked, just supporting nudity in general. I can't be naked and still wear my spiffy cape, and a cape doesn't go well by itself so a stylish tunic and breeches. Of course, what's a tunic and breeches without a good pair of riding boots. If I'm going to be fully dressed anyway, I might as well throw on some accessories like brooches, rings, and a decent hat.

It takes work to look this good.

Statute 57.1 of the Torm Legal Code states that a creature normally expected to wear clothing is only considered naked if more than 51% of their epidermis is exposed.


So only being half naked doesn't quite cut it

What about a creature who is not expected to wear clothing, such as a creature who has taken Vow of Nudity?

Initiation Action: Standard Action.
Range: Melee attack.
Target: 1 living creature.
Saving Throw: Fortitude partial.
Duration: Instantaneous.

Striking the foe's brain pan you induce mild concussion both limiting their Intelligence, and hindering their short term memory.
As part of this maneuver make a melee attack. In addition to the attack's normal damage the target receives 2 points of Intelligence if they receive any damage from the attack, this Intelligence damage cannot reduce a creature's Intelligence to 0. In addition the target must make a Fortitude save or have their ability to retain short term memory momentarily scrambled. If they fail 3 rounds after the attack is made they forget the events of the rounds immediately prior and after this attack.

...I'm now immortalized as a maneuver...it's first level(which I like, since I don't mind playing all classes, including martial adepts, from level one) and it's a sneaky, screw-up-your-brain attack...it's beautiful.

Well, they're only half naked, which means he can only half arrest them. And only locking one end of the manacles doesn't exactly do much...

Improvised Weapon Mastery and Catch Off-guard are things. I could totally see a character using manacles or shackles as improvised weapons. After all, they did so in Mattimeo.

Yup. The Justiciar PrC from Complete Warrior actually has EWP (manacles) as a prerequisite. They function as a club, or a light flail if they're masterwork.

Sounds extremely flavorful. I'm not a 3.5 nut, and don't know much at all about it. I can spew Pathfinder tricks and rules all day long, but am extremely bad at 3.5 things.
