A spellcaster wearing the entire Regalia can spontaneously cast spells of their entire list; likewise can a manifester use psychic powers on their list whether or not they know them. Any creature wearing the Regalia is immune to the effects of the Dead, Disabled, Dying, Staggered and Unconscious conditions.
But they can still be reduced to less than -10 HP.

    Bracers of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Arms
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Transmutation
    Weight: 1 lb

The Bracers of the Immortal Emperor grant a +20 bonus on epic skill checks. The user can create automatically-resetting traps without increasing their price.

    Cuiraiss of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Body and torso
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Abjuration and Necromancy
    Weight: 0.5 lb

This item grants the wearer total concealment, and they may choose for each spell, power, spell-like or psi-like ability whether or not to be affected by it if they normally would be.

Anyone but the wearer who touches the wearer's tummy is slain instantly.

    Mask of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Face
    Caster Level: 10th
Aura: Overwhelming Divination and Overwhelming Illusion
    Weight: -

A creature wearing the Mask of the Immortal Emperor can see everything exactly as it really is, and can also see through any barrier short of 3 feet of lead, 12 yards of common metal, a mile of stone or an honestly obscene amount of paper or wood. The same is true of the wearer's senses of hearing and smell, and their touch and taste can't be fooled either. Further, anyone who would in any way perceive the wearer instead perceives something else of the wearer's choice.

    Boots of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Feet
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Conjuration
    Weight: 1 lb

The wearer of the Boots of the Immortal Emperor no longer needs to bother moving normally; they instead simply go to whichever location they wish as a free action. If they wish to move normally, they have infinite speeds in all modes of movement and a perfect fly maneuverability.

    Gloves of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Arms
    Caster Level: 10th
Aura: Overwhelming Conjuration and Overwhelming Illusion
    Weight: -

The wearer of the Gloves of the Immortal Emperor can create an Ice Assassin, as the spell, at will as a standard action. They can also do the same for Teleportation Circle and Gate.

    Hat of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Head
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Abjuration
    Weight: 1 lb

The wearer of the Hat of the Immortal Emperor is immune to mind-affecting abilities except those that they desire to affect them. They can cast all 3th-level or lower spells at will as spell-like abilities.

    Pauldrons of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Shoulders
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Transmutation
    Weight: 1 lb

The wearer gains a +30 bonus to each ability score.

    Mouthpiece of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Throat
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Enchantment
    Weight: 1 lb

The wearer can communicate anything to any creature as a free action. They may choose to force that creature to believe them, or to follow their orders so long as they sound at all reasonable in any way.

    Belt of the Immortal Emperor
    Body Slot: Arms
    Caster Level: 10th
    Aura: Overwhelming Conjutration
    Weight: 0.5 lb

The Belt of the Immortal Emperor contains an infinite storage space, and also a copy of every non-unique mundane item ever to come to be. The same is true of every non-unique magic item with a market price below 10,000 GP. The items created from the Belt of the Immortal Emperor are tainted with Win and are unsuitable for sale, however. Those which were placed in the infinite storage space are not tainted with Win. Further, no item weighs anything while in the belt.

Items can be drawn from or returned to the belt as a free action.
Yay stuff for Emperor Tippy! If it's all Epic level stuff, shouldn't the caster level be 20th?

Now, now, no need for this to get violent. I hate risking lichdom just over simple misunderstandings. And yes, Atemu, your salve worked exactly as promised. It is definitely nice not to have to worry about using less-than-effective killing spells just to avoid discorporating the remains.

If you want this IZ ghoul, all I ask is recompense for the material component. He's only a 1 HD ghoul, so that should come to 50 gp.

Good grief, people, I work with heroes to avoid unnecessary conflict with low-level villagers. I'm not going to pick a fight over one ghoulish minion. He's not even gravetouched.

    Atemu!

Paladin take this and use it well!

    Lug's Broom of Command
    Price: 1,800 GP
    Body Slot: - (held)
    Caster Level: 1st
    Aura: Weak; DC 16 Enchantment
    Weight: 1 lbs.
    Activation: Standard (command word)

This pear wood broom is carved with ancient runes of Order. When held forth boldly and the command word is uttered you may compel one target to clean for 1 round. If they fail a DC 11 Will save a broom appears in their hand and they must spend the next round cleaning their current square or one adjacent to it. This is a mind-affecting compulsion effect.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Command, Creator must have orcish blood.
Cost to Create: 900 GP and 72 XP.

Nah we still grant them, but the clocks only function if you're in our fast time Demiplane, while the clocks that grant seniority benefits are located on Eberron time.
Those with Time privileges may have theirs located somewhere like Eberron where time moves normally. As a lowly Secretary, I have mine located on Dal Quor time.

Those who do not have Time privileges, have their clocks located in Xoriat. Those without Time privileges, that meddle with their own clocks, will be Dis-Rudisplorked until they promise to stop.

Why would you Gestalt Warblade and Cleric. So MAD... Much better to gestalt Warblade and Archivist. INT synergy and the fluff fits Red so much better with all those "dark secrets" things.

*Shrug* I just figured he had sweet stats. He always said he was a cleric.

Are you implying that you aren't entirely loyal to Torm, cheating on him with Sune for the tasty charisma benefits? I am very disappointed in you, adoptive father that I only care about because Snowbluff confuses and scares me.

For all of your completely and utterly honest needs. Zaydos made, Tiefling approved.

And you believed him? This is Red Fel we're talking about.

You know, funnily enough, I don't meet many of the requirements for Heartwarder. Sune is just a really "sweet" lady and granted me all kinds of neat things. Deities and their crazy backwards standards. Torm didn't even seem to mind. But don't worry adopted son, Paladin Otou-San is here for you.

Hey. Evil as Red may be, he is still an honorable companion of mine.
