    Default Outrider Class

Ok guys this is my attempt at building a custom class I call the Outrider. It may need some tweaking. I'd like to hear thoughts. It relies heavily on blending the Ranger and the Rogue. The main idea is to have a mounted outrider who can scout ahead, to lay ambushes, and find traps. He relies on his trusty companion to move swiftly, as well as defend him in battle if need be.

Here's what I got so far.

1: Animal Companion (as Beastmasters), Natural Explorer, Sneak Attack 1d6
    2: Fighting Style
3: Swift Scout, Ambush (reworded Assassinate)
4: Ability Score Improvement Sneak Attack 2d6
    5: Extra Attack
    6: Natural Explorer, Trap Finder
7: Exceptional Training (Beastmaster lvl 7)
8: Ability Score Improvement, Uncanny Dodge (consider replacing), Sneak Attack 3d6
    9: Hidden Stalker
10: Natural Explorer, Evasion (consider replacing)
11: Beastial Fury (beastmaster lvl 11)
12: Ability Score Improvement, Sneak Attack 4d6
    13: (???)
    14: (???)
15: Beastly Coordination (from spell-less ranger in unearthed arcana)
16: Ability Score Improvement, Sneak Attack 5d6
    17: (???)
    18: Feral Senses
19: Ability Score Improvement, Sneak Attack 6d6
20: Adrenaline Rush (reworded Thief's Reflexes)

    Swift Scout
You have advantage on initiative rolls, and can use hide as a bonus action

    Trap Finder
Advantage on (wisdom) Perception checks to find traps, as well as (dexterity) Thieves Tools to disarm traps. Additionally you my use a bonus action to set a trap (equipment in PHB).

    Hidden Stalker
You have advantage on (dexterity) stealth rolls

    Beastly Coordination
Beginning at 15th level, when an attacker that you can see hits your beast companion with an attack, you can call out a warning. If your beast companion can hear you, it can use its reaction to halve the attack’s damage against it.

So it requires some additions / removals. If anyone has any input that would be great.

I'm not a great homebrewer, but I think level 1 is too much. Especially giving the Outrider the animal companion immediately.

Go for sneak attack at second level, it's true he gets too many features at 1st level.
