Default Star Wars for 5th edition

This is my beta version of the rules i made and going to test in a new group i am starting, i am still missing out on race's but i will add those as the players request them lot of things are very inspired by Saga edition. otherwise i place this here to heard about what you think of my work balance wise and what you think i am still missing.

i feel like i am missing a noble class, but haven't been able to make one that i was satisfied with. so if anyone have any idea's to that class i would be very happy to hear it.

also there might be room to more force powers so again, any idea's would be must appreciated

also you my want to download it if you wenna see the bookmarks

I've been trying to do this exact same thing too!

I can PM you stuff I have done primarily for races because it looks like you're further along in stuff I was doing like the weapons tables ect...

1 thing that was pointed out to me that affects your force welder and force adept class' is that the ability to recharge their spells on a short rest is too strong, It will end up over shadowing non force classes fairly easily.

i can see your point, my idea of a force user is that they should be able to use those power frequent as in saga edition they were useable for every encounter. the group decided to play a soldier, scoundrel soldier multi-class, scoundrel, primitive and just one force wielder. so far, the soldiers are most effective in low level (3) higher AC and damage from weapons.

but i have updated the file little.

added some species, and the noble class (educated)

i will look at your speciess later when i have time.. i would love to hear it, if you have any more feedback

I loved the design and every thing the OP made but i made some changes and expanded a lot of parts by porting/converting saga edition material. this is what I have done so far, it needs touched up and made into a pdf instead of a google doc but this is what i have.

    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

and then here is my take on the force sensitive class using the mystic take 2 from WOTC as a base

in the final version I will be sure to credit the OP and all of their work because i absolutely loved it!

I can't link it because I'm under 10 posts but you might check out the siverain class that is floating around online (I'm sure a google search would bring it up). It's a pretty polished Jedi class!

Okay it kinda seems like there will be a LOT of dying happening. Like healing is limited to two classes that are also respectively the offensive caster and the superior melee class. I really think perhaps droids could get a healing ability making them surgical droids. Also, aside from the big money boost that comes from the aristocrat (which if you are going to add more space ships [spoiler alert if I can get some people together for this I will] is going to be REALLY helpful especially when corvette sized ships start clocking in at around 700,000 credits for a used one) I really struggle to see what makes noble all that playable when combat will probably kill them guaranteed. I will say though that as a multiclass it is an a+ choice because money makes the galaxy go round.

    Important notes on languages:

The language of Bothans? Botha. Togruta speak Togruti and the Killik language was Killik.

Wookiepedia is a great resource for this idea.
