I have no idea how many references there are usually in this comic because I rarely get them. But this reference to Kore was awesome.

Not a huge fan of references, but there's presumably a few others where characters remark about yelling "sneak attack" in reference to OOTS. Those are the only ones I've noticed at least.

I've got to agree, too many references often put me off because I'm not familiar with too many series. Rather a few well-placed references than cameos on every page. It's just that I either haven't noticed any in LoneStar's Work, or I keep forgetting about them because I read the whole strip a few years ago and never binged through it again.

What's Chandea's problem? It's not like she has any actual justification to kill Ardon anyway, and she's even teamed up with him in the past. Besides, they could just find El to verify the story. I'm sure she knows Odie well enough that Ardon couldn't fake being him to her.

Also Green Mask can't say who she is doesn't matter while also asking Odivallus to come with her in order to help her.

I mean technically she can, she just shouldn't expect to get favorable results that way. Maybe that's just an Eladrin thing

Ardon got her party killed. The rest of the group didn't and Chandea even likes the rest of them. This was her chance to kill Ardon without having to worry about fighting any of the others.

Eldarin are their own thing, some kind of elf-like fey without actually being related to Elves i think.

IIRC elves are former eladrin who in the way back, moved permanently to the mortal plane or whatever and kinda speciated into a distinct group.

In terms of WSWFG I think they're kinda comparing it to the jerks that'll describe anyone with a certain accent as Mexican when they could be from all kinds of different countries.

Now that I think about it isn't it kind of weird that Odie even has a nudity taboo given that he came from a primitive tribe where most of the people wore loincloths? Heck, Odie himself spent a good deal of time wearing nothing but a loincloth. Part of the party's objection to this was how easily it was for them to see Odie's junk. Did acquiring pants give him a nudity taboo to go along with it?

Well "rolling with the [screw] ups" is a sound lesson in tactics to learn. (Because never making any screw ups, while something you should always strive for, is not actually reachable.) If he can get that down then it should show that he is at least improving.
