    Default Squire of Legends PrC

OK, I was looking through the Complete Champion's art gallery, and this one caught my attention. (So, I'm judging the book by the cover, sue me.)
Could someone tell me what's this PrC about, both in RP and statistics?
(no need to be specifical, just a general idea is more than enough.)

From its name I would for once admit that this sounds like it would make more sense as a base class.

Duskblade sounds like a PrC though.

And no, I don't know any details about Squire of Legends.

Anyone know anything about this yet?
It is a joyful thing indeed to hold intimate converse with a man after one’s own heart, chatting without reserve about things of interest or the fleeting topics of the world; but such, alas, are few and far between.
