What books should I get in a high-magic undead oriented campaign? (I already have Libris Mortis). I can probably afford 3.

Heroes of Horror has the Dread Necromancer and some other undead flavoured stuff.

Well, there's Ghostwalk, of course...

I've never read it, though; I'm just going by the name.

Ghostwalk is good if you want to have PCs who are ghosts. Heroes of Horror is good for the creepy feel to it. For high-magic, you might want the Spell Compendium or the Magic Item Compendium.
