This is the first strip where I have ever correctly predicted everything that would happen - namely, Belkar showing up with Fireballs and Elan throwing off the hobbos with an illusion.
And I was careful enough not to post what I thought on the forums, thereby ensuring that the esteemed Giant would not instantly change the plot when he noticed someone had guessed part of it.

Good comic, and now we have some of the plot lines coming together. Belkar has rejoined the group, the Order and the NPCs have found a good way out of the immediate line of fire, and now we'll be getting back to the throne room soon. In fact the only thing up in the air, (so to speak
) is Roy and how he'll be recovered.

And Elan, much like Xykon, seems to have Int as his dump stat and Cha boosted to unsightly levels. Though in this case with the illusions, it worked perfectly.
