God/Civilization Rpg

Does anyone know of a good way to run a game where the players are gods guiding a civilization through history? I'm looking for something that is light on rules.

I've played Dawn of Worlds, and it really is fun. Took me and 3 friends around 2 hours to finish.

Be careful though. Catastrophes may lead to hurt feelings.
