    Default Has anyone been to Fai Chen's Fantastical Faire?

    My DM told us that Wizards has Magic Item shops at Conventions where you can trade official magic item certificates for another of equal rarity. Has anyone seen this in a convention like PAX? Are the Magic Items they have very special?
