How Do I Make a Class Table?

I'm doing a writeup of a homebrew class and I'm trying to find a way to make one of those nice class tables like you see in the books or on things like the homebrew wiki.

Anyone able to offer guidance?

Edit: if it matters, I'm going to be trying to put the result on WordPress.
