Question on Heal Ranks and special ability

I can remember a feat or spell or something that gives you the ability to remove afflictions when you cast a cure spell if you have X ranks in the Heal skill.

Did I dream that? Can someone point me in the right direction?

It is Healing Lorecall. Form which book I forget. It can replace your caster level for the +1 per level of Cure spells and also heal other afflictions.

I'm almost positive that it's in CV, and I'm also pretty sure that it ended up in the SpC.

# Healing Lorecall - Divination
If yoy have 5 or more ranks in Heal, you can remove harmful conditions with conjuration (heal) spells.
