Help on how to improve this Unarmed Barbarian?

I've got 4 levels in city brawler, 1 lv in Frostrager, 1 in Bear Warrior, 1 in Fist of the Forest, 1 in Monk, and 2 in Warshaper. He is also a lycanthrope-Bear.

As for feats, I've got Fists of iron, Stunning Fist, Instant Rage, Improved 2 weap, Roundabout Kick, Snap Kick, Power atk, Improved unarmed Str, Uncanny Dodge, Great Fortitude.

I also rolled the character into the game mid way, so my wealth isnt the best, But ive got gloves of +2 STR, and a +2 Con Necklace

The +2s are included in the stats btw.

How are you getting Monk levels when you're a barbarian? Did you have a brief stint as Lawful before turning away from it? What is the one level of monk really netting you, even? Is Great Fortitude a prerequisite for something?
