I am looking for a full caster level progression, no rogue/bard dips, no feats outside of a Skill Focus or Spell Focus requirement and granting UMD as a class skill.

Loremaster is full caster, requires skill foc in a knowledge (and 3 metamagic/item creation), and 10 ranks in 2 knowledge skills. Really easy for a wizard.
