I don't see anything that would prohibit them from such. The FAQ even mentions that warforged barbarians aren't fatigued at the end of their rage, since they're immune to fatigue; so they must be able to rage in the first place.

I don't why he would be immune.

Sadly I don't have the juggernaught description to check, but Frenzy allows you make a Will save to prematurely end your frenzy. It's not described as mind-affecting or anything else other then just being a Will save; so you'd need some ability that lets you pass any Will save in order to be immune from cleaving your party once you run out of foes.

Right well I heard something about this, I think it's because Rage is tied to Constitution and Juggernauts don't have any? I don't know about juggernauts but they are more construct liek than regular forged I thought...

They talked about this in one of the D&D official things... something about Vampire Barbarians who can only rage 4 times or something...

The FAQ says that undead barbarians, who don't have Con scores, can rage. However, they get no Con increase (since they still don't have a Con score to increase), and they have no Con modifier so their rage always lasts for 3 rounds.

Extended Rage is a must-have for any Undead Barbarians. Unless you can guarantee squashing any and all threats in 3 rounds.
