I will be honest. My first roll was a natural 20, but I didn't reeealy want to vote for myself so I re-rolled.

Hmmm...not quite as much of a reaction as I was looking for. Usually the whole "implying that BoP and everyone voting for BoP is a wolf" thing gets the game stirred up a little more. The wagon against me is a good start, since you've got people voting with intention rather than randomly, but I was hoping there would be some arguments and discussions, too. I think the most interesting thing is Libro pulling his vote just because it got a little support. Could be a flinchy wolf trying to avoid any future culpability maybe?

Other than that, the reason I thought the thread needed stirring up in the first place was the way the random votes were falling. Random votes are fine, but I sort of expect second and third votes to start falling on people at some point. Sure that happened eventually, but the first 10 votes in the thread were for 10 different people. That's half the player base. It seems like someone should have cast the second vote for someone before then. Maybe it's worth looking at the people like Generic Guy, Indarra, and Duneyyr somewhere down the line, just in case they were intentionally avoiding stepping into the spotlight by being the first to cast a second vote for someone.

That's all I've got for now. I think I like Libro for a day one .

I'm probably reading too much into it, but when it's a choice between "vote for Xihirli 'cause she's being herself" and "vote for Pelican 'cause they potentially just admitted to being a wolf with an existing plan to bus a fellow wolf", I'll go with the weak case over the stereotypical one, because as scummy as Xihirli is, it's only in an unpredictable sense, rather than Murska's "we can't afford to let them live long enough to do anything" sense.

Yeah, that's the point of the trick/joke. I should have been more overt about it, but yeah, I was implying that myself, Libro, and/or Elenna (not sure what Xihirli has to do with anything) were wolves bussing our wolfy friend BoP (Bussing refers to wolves voting for each other i.e. throwing each other under the bus as a way of avoiding suspicion) I've seen people make similar jokes in games on other sites and it has usually produced some really interesting reactions from the people accused of being the wolves and good discussions in the thread overall. I've been waiting for a game where I get vanillager to try it out, since it seems more fun to me than a random vote, but I'm not willing to draw that much attention to myself as a wolf or a power role.

Voting for me based on it shows some hunting effort, so villager credit to you, X, and Silent Interim. But I'd like to politely request switching to someone else.

Nobody else really strikes me as suspicious. There's a list of people who are automatically suspicious to me - Fleeing Coward, Murska, and Xihirli - and only one of them is present in this game. And the only person who's done something questionable so far is you when, joking or not, you publicly claimed to be bussing a fellow wolf. Is it a lot to go on? Of course, not, but it's Day 1, nobody has much going against them yet. I'm voting for the people I find suspicious, and you two are the only ones even remotely suspicious to me so far.

I forgot about that whole thing, though honestly it's just likely, not confirmed. Especially since with 2 wolf groups no one attacked him. It is possible he was assigned a wolf role and just didn't receive a PM. However, I also realize I voted for him yesterday, and in hopes of not attacking the same person twice randomly, I'll switch to Duneyyr to try to get more activity.
