I do wanna stop and appreciate the dialog in this one, as well as what I was thinking at the time
    Bandit Boss: "kill them!"
    Flame: "we're (already) dead!"

Well, everyone, this is what we've been waiting for.
This chapter seems to be approaching it's finale,
which I will await with barely contained interest. Thank you again, Shoreward.
I suppose lowering the wordcount on my posts hasn't lowered it's cringe factor.

We have no idea how his last fight with this fire-thing went, other than that it went well enough for that red-dressed lady to consider Pellan swoonworthy (at least until he took off his helmet).

So this should be fun to watch.

Usually I would comment on our heroes leaving someone in danger.
But meh, bandit-girl released the fire thing, so it's her problem to deal with it.

The real victim here is the forest that suddenly has a fire monster on the loose through no fault of its own.

What, the Emberhead?? The whole reason it's so angry at Pellan is because he already killed it once, remember?

Sure, we saw how Pellan won.
What we didn't see was the nearTPK it inflicted on his party.
He can't afford that this time.

Well, maybe, maybe not, I'm honestly not sure either way. I'm leaning towards the "really dangerous" side, but we haven't really seen the extents of either side's power.

Thumbs down Re: Cursed, of Course: A Fantasy Comic

Pellan's reaction definitely points towards the fite being dangerous.
Even more so since they are in a forest this time, not a stone building.
That's a pretty huge force multiplier for someone burning with anger like that.

Oh yeah, forest. Good point, didn't think of that. Yeah, it could easily be related to the environment as well, not just Emberhead's raw power.

End of this chapter. Considering taking a one week break to build up my buffer a little more again. I'm still ahead, but with all my writing I'm slightly less ahead than I used to be. It's not pressing, though, and it's entirely possible I'll just keep on with my weekly update as scheduled anyway out of habit.
