...Dude. Look. I get that you're kind of a lousy (mostly-?)human being, but it's not that much of an effort to go and see if a bandit camp really has been cleared out.

(Of course, I'm still not sure they're the same bandits, and anyway they might have teamed up with Glowy Eye Guy instead of fleeing, but that's not the point).

This is the first time I'm having this issue too, but it's on all the comics, not just this one. Seems to be a site issue with Imgur, because it's even messing with the archives for me right now. Guh.

Hmm I could read it yesterday but not now. Weird.

That update is basically just BlueFace being an ass and telling Cat she's just whining for attention while proving to be utterly unable to sit still on his own throne for one panel, even laying on it perpendicularily at one point.

Somebody please punch that dude sooner than later.

Well, a quick fix for the archive would be to change the links to go to the imgur page instead of directly to the image.

I'm temporarily going to rehost my stuff on postimage bit by bit so as to avoid the whole affair with imgur entirely. Right now I only have the first comic and my avatars/banners back up, so be sure to tell me if you can see them, since some people and countries have trouble with different hosting sites.

Okay, cool. I've re-uploaded all of the comic up until 56, and I'm gonna leave it there for today and see if it all stays up without further hosting trouble.

Edit: Everything should be back in the main post. Not sure if I'll restore all the images in the thread itself, too, but that would just be a matter of re-linking them all now.

Though what this green lady had to do with Ardelie's current condition, I'm not sure. I'm guessing she's not the person that actually cut out her tongue or marked up her forehead. She seems more of a low-level bureaucrat than anything else.

Don't underestimate the impact low-level bureaucrats can have. Maybe she delivered the sentencing papers or something.

Though actually, I suspect that this isn't going to be a job-related issue at all.

It's a fantasy world and the stormfallen are heavily implied to be divinely created beings. Yes, a vision is more credible than a storybook.

Also, Pellan has experience with powerful fate altering magics.

Also also, the point is that Cat LIED TO HIM about it.

Go look at what medieval monks decided to put down on paper. You get stuck in a monastery with nothing to do but make fancy books for fancy-pants nobles and YOU'D start putting weird stuff in there as well. Like knights fighting snails or something like that.

Also, Pellan never believed in the story, he believed a bunch of people with maces would come after him for ignoring a holy duty. The bunkus about the vision wasn't for him, but she still lied to him after dragging him around the place, so I agree with HalfTangible.

Through the more I see of Vis, the more I think the man needs a butt-pillow. Then again, I seem to be the only one sympathizing with him, because I'd be snarky as hell if my subordinate kept dragging random unbathed bums and grumpy undead into my nice clean temple.

That's sort of my point. He didn't take the vision story seriously to begin with - I'm not sure he even believes the Stormfallen are actually divine. So it's kinda funny that he even cares.
