Sandboxy by default, if you've no objections. There's a number of adventures to get drawn into... it depends on where you decide to go, plus some floating things that'll find you eventually that I have prepped for any slumps in action. (I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of draconic conspiracies, gothic drow succession crises, foreign delegations encountering problems with the citizenry, aliens, vampires, werewolves, slave traders, racial tensions, undead roaming the streets, excessive vermin, or any other such things until an adventure is underway. If you go looking for something I haven't made already, I can cook it up for you, no problem.)

If one were to see Eldrun from afar, one would estimate her to be a bit over 5 and a half feet tall, and deem her an average human woman in her early twenties. While she moves gracefully, she is neither overly skinny, athletic, nor stout. A closer look reveals her skin to be studded with scales in different hues of copper with a shimmering touch of blue here and there. Her brown hair falls in curls onto her shoulders, and her eyes are of only slightly lighter hue, with a touch of copper around the pupil. If she smiles, a careful observer will find her upper canines to be a tad too long for those of a normal human, and sharp like fangs. Despite these predatory features, her face still shows a certain endearing charm, and she is still able to pull off a rather innocent look when it pleases her.

Had you asked any of Eldrun's early childhood teachers if they could imagine her burning down the north wing of the Great Library of Skaldenhall, they would have agreed without hesitation. Of course, none of them could actually predict that exact outcome of her What could possibly go wrong? attitude. Nevertheless, this was exactly what happened - when she was at the tender age of 13.

For as long as Eldrun could read, she had always shown a knack for it, especially during the long winter nights, curling up in some nice, warm place with a good book to call company. While those of her peers who were into books preferred fiction, she loved to burrow deeply into obscure pieces of knowledge, even if she only understood a minor fraction of what she read. Most prominently, she was excited by the writing style of arcanists: a strange mix of passion and objectivity, she could imagine the authors burning for what their research taught them, in a constant fight to arrange the words to form unassailable arguments. What started with reading strange pamphlets of amateurs continued with studying old, delicate grimoires in the enormous library of her hometown of Skaldenhall, or, as the Skaldenhallers called it, "The last bastion of civilization and wisdom in the north." Skaldenhall was one of the few cities located in the large, arctic nation of Alltidvit, which in turn was separated from the warmer parts of the continent by the vast tundra known as Grönkant in the local tongue. The city formed a nexus of trade and learning in the Northlands.

It was one of those days in winter when the sun would not even bother to rise over a bleak Skaldenhall. Another of those days best spent in one of the cozy armchairs in the library with a huge tome of ancient, cryptic knowledge. For the last few weeks, Eldrun had delved into an old diary of a sorcerer who had traveled the world; a book full of travel reports, short magical studies, and dragons. The author's passion for the matter of the scaly, winged beasts was unmistakable, constantly mixed with the absurd arrogance of presuming to one of their descendants, describing rituals to awakening this draconic heritage from where it hid deep in their blood. Torn between writing the author off as deranged and believing every single of the nicely written words, she dug deeper and deeper, sometimes hiding when they would lock the halls for the night and continuing to read in the light of a small lamp. So she did on this winter day that would tear her peaceful life apart and turn it into a tragic adventure.

That day, the lights in the library went out early, and again she was alone in the huge building. She had reached a part of the diary describing a ritual, claiming that it would turn a worthy subject into a dragon. Of course, she did not believe these claims. Equally certain, however, was that she couldn't resist proving it. Fortunately, all the requisites for the ritual could be found in the library, and without thinking about potential consequences, she performed it to the best of her understanding.

Little did Eldrun know of the actual magic she performed with the ritual, while chanting the invocations she had found in the book. When the ritual was over, she could feel the static in the air, and she knew that something had happened. But when she inspected herself in one of the mirrors, she found herself to look exactly as before: no scales, no wings, no tail, no nothing. While she had suspected this would happen, she was somewhat disappointed about the outcome of her little experiment. She started to recreate the room from before her ritual, and put back everything into place, including the old carpet that she had needed. She carried the carpet, probably older than herself, back to its position, letting it fall into place in her frustration. A cloud of dust ascended and caused her to cough profusely, bringing forth... flames. The fire felt hot in her mouth but didn't even burn her lips as they licked the air around her. Struck by fear, she could only observe how the flames spread to the shelf in front of her, the flames starting to eat their way through the books. Her desperate tries to extinguish the fire failed, and the smoke made her cough and spit even more flames, forcing her to flee the building. Outside, the citizens quickly raised the alarm, but it was already too late for that wing of the library.

Naturally, Eldrun's deeds did not go unpunished. However, instead of agreeing that she had burned it down out of utter carelessness or even malicious intent, she claimed that it was an accident, and that it was not her fault that the magical ritual had turned her into a dragon. However, no one believed her, and she was accused of being an attention seeker, a troublemaker, and that it now became clear that it was nothing but simple, plain, deliberate arson. Enraged, she spat dragonfire through the court room before she was finally subdued. The court of Skaldenhall honored tradition and knowledge, and it was not known for its mercy. After all, she had not only burned down a wing of the library, she had also endangered the members of the court themselves in her outburst. As she was only a teenager, and had not killed anyone, her punishment was non-fatal, but nonetheless harsh: banishment - a punishment deemed worse than death across the Northlands. A city guard brought the devastated exile to the borders of Alltidvit, gave her food and warm clothes, and grimly forced her to walk out of the country into the icy tundra of Grönkant, never to return again. She would be leaving behind everything: the few family and friends she had and everything she had ever called home.

Defiance - a trait at once appreciated and frowned upon; a trait that Eldrun had developed as a child, and that now became only more prominent in her adolescence. Her desolate reaction to her exile was strong, but her defiance was stronger. On one of her first night's rests, when the cold had found its way under her garments, her blistered feet were wet from the melted snow, hunger burned in her empty stomach, and sleep had not come for hours, some of the words from the ritual began to form before her tired eyes again. And as she had repeated the words in her head, she fell into ecstatic gestures she had never performed before. The cold vanished as if someone had thrown a big mantle over her shoulders and dried her boots in front of the fireplace. Her hunger still made her stomach growl like an angry dog, but at least she was not shivering from cold anymore. The realization filled her with happy thoughts, feelings of power and of self-respect. She could become whatever she wanted, and whoever she wanted. She had always known that there were the powers beyond the mundane. But now, for a change, they had decided to be on her side.

After endless days of travel, Grönkant lay behind her. She likely would never have found a way out of it, if not for the nomad tribe that let her travel with them; hunters and gatherers traveling through the tundra, never staying in one place for too long. They were not fond of having strangers as guests, but their love and appreciation for children, which were rare and precious in their harsh lifestyle, weighed more than their reluctance in hospitality. Together, their way led them to the southeast rim of Grönkant, where they said goodbye after an exchange of parting gifts. From that day on, she carried a shield that bore their symbol: a white fox on a dark field.

After almost two years since her banishment, she finally reached the Midlands, a place reputedly accepting of strange magic and of foreigners. She rarely had traveled on her own for too long, but never stuck with one group of wayfarers permanently, either. A lot of things had changed for her as she encountered new people, challenges, and stories. Scales had started to sprout all over her body, and what originated as a fiery materialization of her anger had become a well-controlled weapon. The defiant teenager had grown into a defiant young woman. She had learned to win battles not only with fire but also with words, and her mostly unstructured knowledge of the world outside her previous home took on substance and clarity. Still, some things had not changed, and she still liked to curl up on a comfy chair in front of the fire, a book her only company for the night.

So she did the night she met Otto. She had sat in her chair for hours, not minding the business around her if she didn't have to. Now and then, she had ordered more of the strong, hot herbal brew that the people in this lands preferred. But then, suddenly, all hell had broke loose. What at first sounded like a simple brawl on the other side of the tavern quickly turned into a cacophony of angry and fearful screams. She turned around, just in time to dodge the wooden chair flying towards her and see it burst into pieces upon its impact on the chimney. Then, noticing the huge man throwing chairs and tables as if they were skipstones, she instinctively ducked for cover. She called out to the man, but his anger was apparently as strong as his arms and his beery breath.

Upon seeing the other patrons flee in fear, she felt herself strangely drawn to the man, in the sense that she felt like she could relate to him - to his anger, and to his lack of control. But before she could so much as form another thought, he was in front of her, an unspoken threat in his rage-filled eyes. She knew without a doubt that in his anger he wouldn't hesitate to dash her to pieces against the nearest wall. Without warning or conscious contribution from her rational mind, a cone of frost left her mouth, freezing the man in his drunken fury. It had happened instinctively, but again she had had the feeling of recalling something she had once experienced, words forming in her head in a still unknown language. Frightened, she realized that someone had seen her, and voices were building outside the tavern. She could see that the huge man was beginning to grow tired of his actions, robbed of his freedom in the grip of her ice. The tavern went silent and their eyes met. It was a look of silent understanding. Outside the panicked citizens would already be planning on how to overpower them. They took what little time was left, and left the city behind them.

From that day to this, they have traveled together as "uncle" and "niece", aiming at finding their fate and living an adventurous life. They never stayed too long in one place, and lived on different kinds of jobs, some smaller, some larger. This was how they met the dwarf Tranis, an eager mine owner, who was in dire need of hands who could help him with cleansing one his mines of its hairy, undead inhabitants. Without much consideration, the pair agreed. They had never fought the relentless walking dead before. Never had they encountered such a creature. They barely survived the job; after escaping the mine, they set fire to whatever remained inside. While their payment was in the form of vergent and crafting service, and very generous, they decided a few days thereafter not to take on such a job again. Half drunk, she suggested that they were such misfits that they could only fit into the circus; her joke was an inspiration. And so they continued on their journey into the unknown, still not sure of the way, but with a first, worthwhile common goal.

A murmur runs through the gathered audience as the lights in the tent are doused one by one, plunging the stage area into complete darkness. As a hush falls over the crowd, a silver-white mist begins to roll in from the back of the tent, creeping across the floor and billowing up in clouds to obscure the stage. As the music starts softly, tiny points of colored light begin to sparkle in the mist, each one pulsing to the rhythm as they begin to dance and swirl around the performance area. As the audience stares at the stage, a long, snake-like arch of light suddenly blazes, casting its glow across the figure of a slender elf with raven black hair standing poised in the center of the stage.

The music swells as she begins to move, swaying and turning in slow, seductive motions around the stage, bringing her arms above her head and letting the glowing length of her whip trail down her back. As the music reaches a crescendo, she raises the whip high, and brings it down with a loud crack as the tempo changes, bringing more energy into the performance. The music is now much more rapid as she begins to spin like a dervish, twirling the glowing whip in wider arches, causing the mist to swirl and billow around her gyrating form.

As she builds up her rhythm, a shadowy form rises from the mist behind her - a silent, monstrous creature that spreads its clawed hands wide and begin to reach for her, causing the audience to gasp. She spins to face the creature, feigning shock and fear, and her dance becomes a beautiful ballet of simulated battle with the beast. She turns and spins, executing somersaults and cartwheels as the shadowy creature lashes out at her. As the music builds in intensity, it appears she is losing, as the beast's claws close in on her. Then, suddenly, there are multiple identical elves lashing glowing whips at the monster. Moving in perfect sync, they surround the creature, twirling and spinning and lashing out with their glowing weapons.

The beast falls, and as it evaporates, the music slows and softens. The elf girl and her doubles close into a circle and she appears to dance with herself. As a length of rope rises up from the center of the stage into the air, she reaches out and touches each of her doubles, causing each one to vanish in a shower of glittering dust. Her dance once again becomes a slow, sensual ballet as she takes the rope in one hand, spinning her whip in the other. Keeping hold of the rope she turns slow circles around it as she dances, and she begins to rise up slowly, levitating into the air toward the top of the rope. As the music comes to an end, she seems to vanish into thin air as the dancing lights dim and go out. The is a moment of silence, then the applause begins.

    • She was raised in a Southlands city-state, where her magical talent was trained at an academy.
    • Her home city-state was attacked by raiders early in her adulthood, leaving her homeless.
    • She was captured by slavers and trained in dancing under a cruel master, Pasha Gusini.
    • She got her whip and further dancing training from an old bard named Edmugh, who was like a second father to her before he fell ill and died.
    • She joined the circus in search of camaraderie and a place to belong.

Step 2: List at least two goals for the character.
    • Adi continues to search for her missing father. She doesn't know where he went that day many years ago when her home was attacked, but she continues to hold out hope that he is alive somewhere, and she might reunite with him one day.
    • Adi truly enjoys the life of a performer, but she dreads the day that her current troupe will have to disband, either due to lack of funding or the death or departure of it's members. She is trying to save up enough gold to start her own large circus, where she will always have a home and performers of all types will be welcomed as family.

Step 3: List at least two secrets about your character. One is a secret the character knows, one is a secret that involves her but that she is not actually aware of yet.
    • (Known) --
    • (Unknown) Adi's dark hair, so unusual for a high elf, is actually much more significant than she knows. It marks her a descendant of an ancient high elf archmage who, it is said, once took a black dragon as his lover. Her father knew this, as it was he who carried the blood of this ancestor, and he knew the appearance of her dark hair meant something significant. He left on his travels so often because he was seeking answers to the question of his daughter's destiny.

Step 4: Describe at least three people that are tied to the character. Two of them are friendly to the character, one is hostile.
    • (Friendly) Kadjilinus Laserie: Adi's missing father. Kadjilinus posed as a traveling merchant, but was in actuality a skilled ranger. When Adi was young her father spoiled her, always bringing her toys and sweets from the other cities he would visit, and he always told her she was special. He left several weeks before their home city was attacked, and Adi has not seen him since, though she is convinced he is still alive somewhere.
    • (Friendly) Armose Green: A half-elf sword swallower, Armose was a member of the large circus Adi once traveled with. For a time, the two of them were very close, and had even begun something of a romantic relationship. When the circus broke up, Armose decided to return to his home, and asked Adi to come with him. Adi, however, enjoyed her life as a performer too much to give it up, and so the two parted ways. It is a decision Adi still regrets, and there are nights she misses Armose so much she cries herself to sleep.
    • (Hostile) Pasha Gusini: The cruel, fat man who once kept Adi as a slave, Gusini was a young man when he purchased Adi from the slavers. It has been many years since her escape, and no doubt if the man still lives he is very old, but he was not one to forgive or forget, and he continues to search for his favorite exotic dancing girl.

Adirialius was born and raised in a small city-state where her dark hair made her stand out among her peers. Her mother was a weaver and her father was a traveling merchant who spent most of his time away from home. Her mother intended for her to become a weaver as well, but once her natural magical abilities began to manifest, she was enrolled in the city's magic academy to be trained. However, Adi inherited her father's free spirit and desire to wander, and she disliked the studious nature of life in the academy. She spent a great deal of her time sneaking out to roam the city.

When Adi was in her early thirties her home city-state was attacked by raiders without warning or provocation. The city defenses held for twelve hours before being overwhelmed by the onslaught. At the time of the attack, Adi has been out wandering the outer wards of the city, and she managed to conceal herself until the fighting died down. She returned to her home in search of her mother, but discovered that she had been killed. With the city in flames and the majority of the population dead, captured or fled, Adi gathered what belongings she had left and set off in search of her father who was away when the attack occurred.

Early on in her travels Adi ran afoul of a band of slavers and was taken prisoner. Due to her exotic appearance, she became a prized slave and eventually found herself sold to a wealthy Pasha named Gusini who took an instant liking to her. While serving him, she was forced to learn how to dance to entertain Gusini and his guests, and she became quite skilled, to the point that he began to have her perform in shows for the public, charging a great deal of gold for people to see the exotic, dark haired dancing high elf. However, Adi continued to hone her magical abilities in secret, and in time she managed to use a series of illusions and trickery to escape the Pasha and flee north.

With no other skills besides her magic and her ability to dance, Adi lived as a traveling vagabond for many years, scraping by on what coin she could earn by dancing in the street. It was during this period that she caught the attention of an old bard named Edmugh who saw the talent she had for performing. He approached her, and though she was reluctant to trust him at first, he eventually became like a second father to her, and the two of them traveled from city to city performing in taverns. Adi learned a great deal about different forms of dance, and she developed her own unique style utilizing her magic to enhance her performance. However, Edmugh was old, and after only ten years of traveling together, he became ill and died one cold winter night. Adi mourned his passing, and she kept his whip as a memento of their time together.

Adi continued to perform her solo act for several years after Edmugh's death, only barely making enough coin to get by. But her life changed when she witnessed a large circus while passing through a port city on late spring day. Fascinated by all the different acts and performances on display, Adi soon became enthralled by the familial way the members of the circus treated each other. Longing for a place to belong, she petitioned the owner of the circus to let her join and, after auditioning for him, she was granted a position in the troupe. She traveled with them, making friends among the performers and further developing her skills until the owner announced he could no longer afford to keep the circus going. The large group disbanded, and Adi found herself joining up with one of the much smaller troupes that formed in the aftermath, a group she still travels with to this day.

Normally, goliaths have dark skin growths called lithoderms. They regard them as not-quite holy markings. It's like having your astrological sign displayed via your flesh. Neat, huh?

Well, Otto, he grew up and never grew any lithoderms. He has perfectly even, unmarked, unblemished skin. White. His skin looks like porcelain.

He was ridiculed and mocked by everyone in his tribe, a rarely-visited group in a secluded region of the Baerling mountains. The only name they deigned to call him was Thaaval, worthless meat, and in addition to jeering and calling him worthless, a sizeable portion of the tribe held that he should be killed or driven out as a fateless whelp who had only survived through an accident. So before anything could happen, he packed up and left...

Now then, did she leave out the part about the Maiden Mayor?
I thought so, she always fergets tha'.
So here you are wondering why I was so angry I'd personally condemn a perfectly good tavern, beloved by the locals and known to even the highest in 'eir society.
Sit down and relax for a bit while I give yeh my side o' that.

Well, I'd arrived in town tha' day on foot. It'd been three days since I 'ad any real shut eye and I was beat.
I found the tavern and got me a room to bed down in. Took a nap that didn't end til well after the sun was gone.
It was then I had one of my dumbest ideas ever.
    I decided to go a-drinken and a-wenchen.
As luck would 'ave it, when I came down to the tavern bar I found everything I shouldn't a been looking for.
The lass was lovely as a winter's night sky under a full moon.
    Avril Telgar is 'er name.
And she was buying the beer.
Without going into too much detail, I'll just say that night she had no class at all. And it was just fine wi' me.
I'm sure you can guess that I accomplished both goals for that night.
It wasn't until we returned to the tavern bar tha' the bartender called her by title.
    Maiden Mayor.
    O' aye! I lost it.
I mean, heh, I LOST it.
I was looking at way more responsibility than I'd come looking for.
And the barrel of tha' tavern's best brew had it's way with me.
With mah mug in hand I destroyed tha' bar.
In hindsight, tha' was a strong mug.
Anyway, I tore the place up.
She got me out of there.

    • (Friendly) The esskinni who introduced him to their dance and ess.

    • (Hostile) Jonan Thorngage, a Strength- and Constitution-oriented monk. His fighting style is very much stand-and-engage, as opposed to Malcolm's more mobile style.

Step 5: Describe three memories, mannerisms, or quirks that your character has.
    • (Memory) His time/lessons with the Esskinni dancers.
    • (Memory) Running away from his family.
    • (Memory) Jonan nearly killing him.

    Spoiler: Backstory
    Show
Malcolm's story begins when he was little. His parents wanted him to learn dance, but the formal style they preferred felt wrong to him. It felt stiff and dead, and he wanted to feel alive. Subsequently, Malcolm shirked his lessons, and began to spend time with a group of esskinni. He learned their dance, and was introduced to ess through what little they knew. Malcolm managed the charade for a few months before his family caught on. After a long and heated discussion with his parents, Malcolm left for a monastery that the esskinni had mentioned in passing.

After a week of walking, Malcolm arrived at the monastery. The essimelli welcomed him and showed him around. He could see that they practiced ess and the dance of the esskinni, albeit in a different fashion from what he had already learned. After demonstrating what he knew of both, it was decided to let him become a pupil. Thus Mal's studies began.

Mal made a few friends among his peers, including one of the cyruni, or older masters. He also made an enemy, however, by the name of Jonan Thorngage. Jonan was another halfling around Malcolm's height, but more solidly built. The two had sparred a few times, with their most recent bouts having been victories for Malcolm. Mal was a good sport, but Jonan took the losses hard. He had been one of the top students before Mal showed up, and he finally snapped. The next day Jonan approached Malcolm, drew a knife, and attempted to kill him. Jonan would have succeeded had one of the cyruni not stepped in, and he was banished from the monastery soon after.

Life quieted down, for a while, and Malcolm continued his studies.

In just under a year, however, a schism in the monastery became noticeable. Some members of the monastery thought that it was time to change the aims of the order. While the more conventional essimelli wished to remain within the monastery walls, the dissonant members believed it was time to leave and strive to achieve a greater good in a more global scope.

At first, it looked like they were only a few, and they were tagged as misguided, and mostly ignored. Even when they decided to found their own new order, the more conservative members of the original order did not take them seriously. As it turned out, however, many of the younger members, kepuni and yonduni, and even some cyruni followed the pioneers and set up a new order. Soon, the remaining members were the minority, with most of them being old, and only a handful of students. The monastery's once great stability had gone as those few argued whether the pioneers were traitors or just a natural evolution.

When the last remnants of the original order broke apart, its members each decided between retiring, a life on the road, or becoming members of other orders (including the pioneers, who warmly welcomed their former peers.)

Malcolm had chosen to remain with the original order. Yet he couldn't go home, and other orders lacked the feel of the original. Thus, he decided on the life on the road.

After some months on the road, Mal grew sick of the ever-changing composition of his fellow wanderers. In every big city he would lose a few and gain a few, making it difficult to make friends as he had in the monastery.

Enter the circus - a community with a charismatic leader and a great deal of family-like stability. Malcolm felt at home, and made several friends. One was Daven Whippeltree, a gnome tinker who was able to travel with the circus selling devices and trinkets in exchange for keeping the wagons and carts functional. There was also one of the esskinni from whom he had originally learned several years ago.

When the circus broke apart, Malcolm was devastated. He had no idea where to go, nor to whom he should turn. Fortunately, there were a few others who seemed to stick together to try to maintain a smaller show. He decided to join them, and has been friends with them since.

Actually it might not have been true entirely. But if it was, the one with "my group of perfomers needs me" would have been most badass. Bonus points if you say it in a deep Christian bale as batman voice.

Suspecting that CleverCricket prefers some reddish tone, I will choose this very simple green.

A smaller caravan for just one person would be more like the Carriage statistics on pg 55, for 500gp. You would indeed want two mules (16gp) to pull the 400lb carriage/caravan, leaving up to 60lbs carrying capacity on the road - not great if Adi's gonna travel in it. There is, however, a section on animals in the A&EG. Notable as fairly affordable creatures that could pull a caravan are:

    • A single trained rhinoceros (250gp, light load limit a whopping 918lbs)
    • Two trained camels (120gp total, total light load limit 600lbs)

Incidentally, both fit a high elf/Southlands theme. (Most anything else I looked at was in the high thousands of gp, quite exhorbitant. Though I may have missed something.)

(Which would cost, oh, about 6050gp, and that's assuming the rhino instead of the camels.)
That can also get both caravans Amazing-quality locks (150 gp each, DC 40 to open,) leaving 1798gp. What y'all do with that is up to you.

Alright, so for the first part, some cash to be able to afford a drink or something in town would be a good thing I guess. But as I payed way less than all the others, I should not get too much back, if any money at all.

I also just realized I have everlasting rations. So, as long as you guys buy me a drink here and there, or maybe some nice dinner, I won't die from hunger. ;)

I'd say, I take the 18, and you guys take 445 each. That's fine by me.

LairdMaeon, reading your plans, I should probably make Eldrun a tad smaller, eh? It's only 2ft2 of a height difference XD Then again, he probably has really broad shoulders.

I'm waiting for that Chad/Rukia moment where Laird uses you as a ranged weapon.

Size is less the issue than weight. Irl I am 6'6", 270lbs. I've never been a muscle man. Nor do I count as a full size category larger. I have plenty of experience carrying folks on my shoulders. It should be no effort at all for Otto.

Bonus: This minor show of strength give the populace a sneak peak of my prowess, thus building interest in our show!

No problem and thanks for the ETA. Hope things get less hectic for you!
DontEvenAsk, no apostrophe. I play D&D 3.X/PF, and some 5e. Life has a tendency to spring surprise problems on me, leading to temporary ghosting that I usually can't predict. If I vanish, I'm probably not dropping out if your game, just swamped.

My campaign setting. Please look, don't touch for now.

Err, that's kind of embarrassing, but I just realized I never seem to have picked my invocations o.O

Edit: I chose Endure Exposure and Draconic Knowledge now. Both have a duration of 24 hours. I think it is safe to assume that those buffs are always-on unless dispelled.

For the other PCs that means: If you have been around Eldrun in the last 24 hours, you are (unless otherwise noted or you protest of course) the target of Endure Exposure, which gives you the ongoing effect of Endure Elements and makes you immune to Eldrun's breath weapon.

It seems that whenever I try to set aside some time for an IC post something else pops up to be done.

If I don't get a post up in the next 24 hours, go on without me. Mal will catch up.

Waiting on Cricket and more generally for a destination within the city. (If either subgroup sets out into the city without a set destination in mind, I'll determine where you end up; I have no preference, I'd just like to be sure there's nowhere specific you'd prefer to go before I start with the determining.)

Sightseeing and people to hustle. That's what the Avery likes.
