    Cort had snoozed off in the not-so-very-comfy seat he had found him in. His unaware fading away was disrupted when he jumped up clinging to his newly acquired blaster rifle, readying himself for combat. He looks down at his foot and sees an empty whiskey bottle gently rocking about with the movements of the ship.

    He looks up realizing they have slowed to scanning speed. "If you are looking to lose a battle, bring tired warrior. Perhaps we should land and have a break, taking turns for watch? Although I do not know any of you, it's either you find me sleeping or the Imps do."

    Nodoa stirs from her own sleep, a cable attached to the back of her head, well, her implant. She had been downloading the various maps from the area to have quick access. Even a workaholic needs rest, a Nodoa was still only chiss....for now. She sits up, tapping the back of her implant, she unplugs the cable. Looking between the merry clue, she spys the nearby town "Linko Biris. It was on the file. The Imperials had been here in there investigations but found nothing.
    Shall we land here for now? Perhaps I can find a Radio station here to form a secure radio connection with your benefactors"

    Eldrith rubs the bridge of his nose between his fingers, the fatigue of the day had set in during the ocean voyage and he was ready for some earned rest like the rest of the team.

    He brings the ship hovering just above the ground, deploys the landing struts, and kills any running lights that may have been going.

    "Yeah, we need to get the ship out of sight but we need to clear the area first. Zo you feel up to leading the search? I need the buildings cleared in particular that hanger so that we know we can lay low here."

    Eldrith glances to the Mando and the Chiss. "Time to earn your keep" making it clear that Eldrith intended the two of them to go with Zo. Eldrith had just meet these two and didn't fancy being left with them on the ship in case they decided they'd rather make a run for it than stick with the group.

    Cort jumps up and stands almost at attention, then flings the heavy blaster from his shoulder into his hands, flipping it over to check the systems. "Im no slouch, you just keep the air support in our favour."

    He walks over to the hacth and motions a come hither with a hefty hand to Zo "Come on big guy, you lead the way. With a big meat shield like you, I feel safe already" he offers a tongue-in-cheek wink.

    Zo nods and gets to his feet, pausing to slip a cloak over Yijz to keep him warm in addition to the poncho.

    "I'll stick close and keep the scary dustbunnies off you Cort. This place looks deserted. Still, we'll make sure that the hanger's open and safe."

    Zo steps off the ramp, landing on the ground with only a small bend of his knees and a soft thump.

    He instinctively reaches for the Force as he heads in to the hangar, seeking any insight into his immediate future. He reaches out to open the hanger doors...

    Nodoa has a small smirk on her face "And If our meatshield is Injured, I would be more then delighted to preform a few upgrades. All in the name of Science." She follows behind Zo, the Knife neatly inside her coat. She dosent hop off the ramp as much as step down, observing her surroundings "I would try to be careful. The Imperials may not have found anything here, but they might have left a few guards." She does however, look Zo up and done, taking an interest in the Shield he carries "An odd choice of Tool. I see few shields being used by Mercenaries. Especially none that looks as that one does."

    Back from camping. It was fun!


    Cort, Zo, and Nodoa stride down the ramp onto the dirt parking lot separating the four buildings. A few skimmer trails indicate that there has been vehicle traffic to this location recently, most likely from speeder bikes, but Zo's reaching into the Force senses no immediate danger. The Imperials were indeed here, but left empty-handed. Zo does sense, however, that he should be on the alert nonetheless, as if there might be clues or other information that could be of value in the future.

    The door handle on the warehouse is stiff and creaks on its dust-choked wheels, but Zo is able to get it open with little effort. The inside, while paved, is still covered with dust, with various tools spread out leaning against the wall, three speeder bikes inside. Two sets of footprints from the Imperial inspection walk toward the bikes, but then walk back to the entrance and disappear. Upon closer inspection, first Cort and then Zo quickly recognizes the bikes as military bikes used by the Republic during the Clone Wars. Their weapons have been removed and, in one of the three bikes, so has the engine. The bike without the engine has blaster burns on it, too, but these, too, look old, possibly as old as its service in the Clone Wars.

    A nondescript, dust-covered desk sits in the back of the room, with a small computer workstation sitting on it, the computer unplugged and abandoned. Like the rest of the contents of the warehouse, the computer looks old and abandoned - Nodoa isn't even sure it would turn on. A dataspike sits next to it, in a simple plastic case with the Incom Corporate logo on it, but with its label broken, so obviously used. Dust covers the outside of the case, but the spike inside looks clean.

    Zo looks around the dusty hangar, wary despite the lack of movement.

    "Seems deserted, but I'll keep an eye out. Got some old speeder bikes here that have seen better days. Imps seemed to not find anything worth taking here."

    A thought crosses his mind and he looks to Nodoa.

    "Might be worth seeing if they left any electronic surveilance behind. I haven't spotted anything so far but maybe your instruments would be better at this."

    Eldrith flips a few switches cycling over to the ships passive scanners to see if he could detect any signals leaving the site.

    Better to play it safe and also have Nodoa scan as well.

    Roger, yeah have tiger give it a look too in case there's some more localized signal. Once we're clear I'll bring us in

    The only electromagnetic activity that the ship's scanners are able to pick up - aside from the computer and other electronics on board the ship itself - is a dull glow from the fusion lantern that Zo is using for illumination. It's possible that a camera inside of a Faraday cage could be taking footage, but if so then it's not transmitting anything, and certainly there are no radars or anything like that scanning anything.

    The computer does not turn on. The reason is obvious: there is no power. In fact, the entire warehouse is unpowered - there is electrical wiring that would have been used to supply power, and the computer does have a cable that was once used to connect it to such power, but without it there will be no activating it. The computer is not bolted to anything, though, so it could be moved aboard the ship, at least, and potentially powered up there.

    Nodoa Shrugs, taking the computer under her arm "I'll see whats on the computer when we get back on board the ship. As there is no Power within the warehouse." She also makes sure to take the data spike. Even if it's used, it could perhaps be useful latter "Is there anywhere lse we should go, for It seems this warehouse holds little at the moment"

    Eldrith puts the ship in the warehouse...the he scratches his head...the he remembers back to his childhood...then to young adulthood...then to college, oh boy those were sometimes... then to the academy boy howdy that time he got expelled was quite the emotional rollercoaster...then he flips the switch to let the team back on if they want to come and go...then he scratches yet another itch this time on a nondescript lower organ of his human anatomy...then he perspires... not gratitutously but just the ample amount...then since he's impulsive he blunks, not blinks, blunks a single time...then he powers back up the repulsors and adjusts the ship in the hangar so its juuuuusssstttt right then sets it down again...then he blunks the other eye...then he looks at his wrist mounted chronosphere...he could power through another sleepless night

    As Eldrith maneuvers the ship towards the warehouse, Zo heads around the other buildings in a clockwise pattern, trusting that his companions will either accompany him or search their own buildings.

    "It looks like this is the arse end of nowhere on the arse end of nowhere that is this hunk of dirt and rock. Looks like the work dried up and people left for bigger outposts. Should be a good place to lie low, at least for a while."

    Zo makes sure to shine his fusion lantern into the dark corners, eyes squinting to make out any details he can that could pose a potential threat.

    Nodoa keeps the computer with her, moving now to the Speeder Bikes, she puts a hand over the most complete one, brushing her hand over it and then sifting any dust between her fingers "These can serve me marvelously In the future" She says, now heading out of the warehouse as the ship slolwy begins to dock. She heads to the next closest building, her hands within her pockets

    Although Zo and Nodoa do not encounter any living beings or anything else obviously threatening as they explore the rest of the encampment, the other buildings do contain some surprising objects. One of the three trailer-like buildings contains a pair of heat exchange wings that look like they came from a TIE fighter. A few other odds and ends of wiring and a few non-functional instruments are lying around as well, possibly also from a TIE.

    The second trailer contains more leftovers from the Clone Wars, including a few clone trooper helmets, one possibly serviceable clone trooper rifle (but lacking an ammunition pack), and the disconnected heads of a few models of CIS battle droids.

    The third trailer is more mundane. It has some straightforward-looking mining equipment, also in ill-repair. It does, however, have a paper map of the galaxy tacked on to a wall, with shipping lanes marked and scribbled notes on a section of wild space, of which the most legible reads "not suitable".

    Even if Cort recognized Zo's ability to sense danger, he wouldn't be able to trust such magic abilities. He keeps guard over the other two as they search. Cort's gaze stay's fixed on the windows and exists, rifle in hand.

    His vigilance, however, falters when he notices the Speeder bikes. He kneels down at the battered one and glides his fingers across the blaster holes. "These old ladies seem a bit beaten up, ba with some good care and little attention, they will be worth their weight in gold." He stands up and chuckles quietly "Just like any lady"

    He escorts the group to the trailers nearby "Not much we can do with the TIE Wings, no one but the Imps use 'em." He picks up one of the droid heads and looks it straight in the optical units "I dont know much about droids, but don't they have oodles of information crammed into these nuts?" He then tosses it back onto the pile of heads.

    Cort collects the clone trooper blaster and lifts it into the air "Oi, Nodoa! This good boy should be easy to fix for a techie like you, right? Once I get a proper charge for it."

    Nodoa looks over the droids with some minor interest, older models that saw use in the Clone Wars "Hmm, these belong in a Museum. There combat capabilities were negligible from what I have heard. Relied on numbers mostly. She moves away from the droids, examining the Tie wings "They may only be used by Imperials, yet it does not mean they are unusable. Spare parts and the like"

    She almost, sneers at the weapon "Awfully crude. I am used to tending to more fine pieces of Equipment..but, yes. I could repair and perhaps enhance such a weapon"

    He looks around at the mountains surrounding them.

    "That is, if we can get a signal through to them at all..."

    He slowly makes his way back to the warehouse, where he intends to have a long chat with Tenga...

    Tenga and Carcon both take a look around the warehouse, eying each-other. They have another argument over the speeder bikes; Carcon also wants to go out to explore, but Tenga manages to persuade him to stay in the hangar, not that he is particularly happy about it.

    Zo is able to find Tenga rolling out beds inside of the ship. She gives him that knowing smile in a way that is charming but Zo by now knows is not all the sweetness that it appears. "Gimme a hand here. I figure we should sleep in the ship, in case we need to take off in a hurry," she says. "What'd you find? Nothing dangerous, I am assuming, but who's this 'Trill' you mention?" she adds, again continuing her charm.

    Eldrith perhaps instinctively looks at the comm channel. He remembers that on the other side of the hills where the warehouse is located, there is a town called Linko Biris. While in side of Linko Biris, the ship had radio reception and could probably have raised Trill and the others, but right now, there is no line of sight. Sidarin doesn't have the satellite coverage that more civilized planets do.

    Eldrith explains the radio situation to Zo.

    He was uncomfortable leaving the relative safety they had secured in

    Right now I think a good rest would be best for us all. If you have questions for trill you need to ask right now maybe you could take one of those bikes to the town over the hill with a radio and try to boast the signal

    Eldrith then turns to look over at Tenga and the rival. There had to be a way to have them cover his debt for services rendered but he was too tired for scheming

    Nodoa, for her part, Picks up one of the clone tropper helmets "Armor is hard to find at the moment. Extra protection will be helpful." Looking over teh cavlacade of scrap, droid parts, and various devices, Nodoa makes a decision "I rested enough on our Journey here. I will power the computer we had found and attempt to make something useful out of what we have found here. Perhaps a weapon. Nothing here seems...reliable, to make a new augmentation. Or perhaps do work on the speeders..i will decide soon"

    Cort slumps his weapon near one of the boxes and starts to move them around to form a screen for some privacy, or perhaps cover. "Well this Mando isn't going to let the opportunity to recharge his own batteries flutter by" He kicks his boots off and grabs any free sleeping gear. "Just wake me when your'e about to lay your head down Techie, don't want any nasty surprises creeping up on us sleepers."

Now then..to Work" She says, beginning to take apart the other speeder bikes, droid heads, pieces of the Tie wing, and other equipment in order to see what salvageable components she might be able to muster up for later, though, once she feels the exahution of sleep deperation, she will head to bed

    Almost as it was the most ironic of alarm clocks, the crew settling in for the night and drifting off to sleep coincides with the last bit of alcohol filtering through Yijz's gandish equivalent of a liver. As its effects fade his sleep becomes disturbed, he tosses and turns a few times grumbling. He finally wakes.

    He shambles through the hatch of the ship and takes a look around. He lights up a deathstick butt he had in his jacket pocket. Taking a long drag he stretches and cracks his back. The cool night air is relaxing. He strolls through the base. Keeping to the shadows.

    Zo took the same second or two of mental preparation he does whenever he talks to Tenga, though it rarely helps. He bends to assist, and speaks to her as they continue working.

    "Trill's the one that started this all off by bringing her friend Skeeso in to Eldrith so he could save him from bleeding out. One thing led to another, and Eldrith flew away with the ship she came in on, and grabbed us along for the ride. He keeps going on about a debt he owes, so maybe that's why he did it. Damn fool thing to do, but it did let us get you out of there."

    He paused for a moment, then presses on, not letting him pysch himself out, in as low a voice as his thundering voicebox can manage.

    "You...you didn't tell any of the Imps or anyone else about, y'know, me and what I do and...stuff? Because that could be bad, for both of us."

    He leant on the ramp post and let his eyes sweep the horizon, keeping an eye out as he chats with Tenga.

    "Speaking of that....stuff, Trill mentioned a farm on this dirtball where someone could grow anything. She's got a map and everything, and when I looked at it things just seemed to click. Like that's somewhere we should go, we're meant to go. I think it's important. I know you want to get back but I'm pretty sure that the Blue Milk Jugs has been put under surveillance, especially if they nabbed you. I hope you can put up with us for at least a little longer. I'll walk out to get radio contact with Trill in the morning and see how things are back home."

    Once the others return, he lets them all know he plans to radio their smuggler allies in the morning, then stays on watch well into the night as the others sleep, the light from his fusion lantern hooded to let his vision adjust to the dark. He smiles as Yijz wanders out, amused as ever by the Gand's antics, and breathes deeply in the night air, trying to find his inner peace in this time of turmoil.

    Zo will probably be keeping watch at least for the first few hours. If we want to do a rota that's cool with me.

    Feel free to reply as Tenga, but thought I should put my plans for the night down too since we were kinda bypassed due to me not replying quick enough.
