Multiple Caster Level Progression Prestige Classes

I am hoping this might become a reference thread at some point.

What prestige classes are available that grant at least a +¾ caster/manifester/etc level progression in two different classes? I am looking purely for spellcasting and the like and not maneuvers/feats/etc.

I've heard mentioned a Psychic Theurge, which I presume to be in the Complete Psionic, and also presume to be a manifester/divine caster. Don't quote me on that though, maybe it will help remind someone of it who knows how it works.

Would you be a dear and add what books each come from to your thread? I expect that would help greatly for those wishing to build theurge builds.

Also, the destinction between druid and cleric is rather substantial as it is often difficult for a cleric to meet the requirements of a druidic prestige class. Perhaps, if you are unwilling to make that distinction, I should simply update this thread instead with such specifics?

i seem to remember a geomancer (arcane/druid) in one of the books but I can't remember which one

I believe they changed Geomancers in the 3.5 book. Only one class progresses normally.

Tenebrous Apostate is in Tome of Magic.
Eldritch Theurge and Eldritch Disciple are in Complete Mage.
Ultimate Magus is Complete Mage
True Necromancer is Libris Mortis.
Races of the Wild is a 3.5 book, not 3.0

Sorry I can't think of any other classes off the top of my head.

Updated, made into a pretty table, and now trying to put in the maximum progression so it is a real useful reference table.

Thanks. I also added the total number of levels (to make the progression make more sense) in the prestige class and removed the Jade Phoenix Mage and Ruby Knight Vindicator as they are not double-spellcasting/manifesting prestige classes and that's what this list is for.

Remove Knight of the Sacred Seal: I thought it increased Paladin casting, but it doesn't.
Tenebrous Apostate is +4/+4 in 5 levels.
Noctumancer is +10/+10 over 10 levels.
Sapphire Hierarch is +10/+10 over 10 levels.
Soulcaster is +10/+10 over 10 levels.
Fochlucan Lyrist appears in CArc.

That fills in nearly all the blanks! (Except the Green Whisperer. I think I have that magazine at home.)

I don't think that would be as helpful. If people are willing to homebrew they don't need official sources and such. If there is enough demand for it I'll create a new table for homebrews but we will see.

There are more bard prestige classes that are dual in dragon 311.
