Spell Like Abilities Per Day

For some spell like abilities, it says Blank/day- Something, Something Else, Something Completely Different. Do the Commas indicate all of those can be used once, or that you have one use of any of the three? Gnomes for example.

Like with Gnomes, all, once per day.

[Arbitrarity]

1/day presdigitition, Ghost sound

Is Once per day, may cast presdigition. Once per day, may cast ghost sound.

As opposed to: 1/day Presdigition or Ghost sound.
