Dangerous, insane or suicidal?
Use of green slime in marble sized glass cotainers propeled by the launch item cantrip.
Store in a pottery box packed with firm clay (self sealing in case of breakage)
Leave the box at home unless you are going to use it,
Use it rarely and carefully...

Well,it takes a 5 ft square of Green Slime to do the 1d6 Con damage, so the marbles of it probably would burn a bit, but overall do no real harm. Maybe 1d4 HP damage...
If there's a rule, there's someone out there trying to figure out how to get around it just to piss off his DM.

1. Not enough slime. I would rule AT BEST d4 acid damade or simmilar.
2. The slime is ALIVE. Leave it in there withour food for a few days and then check on it. It will be dead.GNU Terry Pratchett
