Astrologian Home Brew?

I'm a new DM and haven't gotten the hang of if a class is balanced or not.

I have a player that is using this Astrologian Class homebrew that's converted from final fantasy. So far its been going fine. He's not OP, in fact it kind of seems underpowered?

I was thinking of adding a few spells (since he's the group healer) to beef it up a bit but I'm not sure if that'll tip the balance to OP or not. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Mainly, I was thinking of adding:

detect thoughts
see invisibility
commune
rary's telepathic bond
sheild of faith
conjure celetial
revivify
banishment
divine word

I tried to keep in the same style of a fortune teller/astrology/healer type.
