Where is a good place to discuss design?

I'm trying to build a system that is not quite 5e so I feel as if people might not want to give feedback on it if I label it as 5e in a place like this, or as a 5e-like system. Correct me if I'm wrong though by all means.

If here isn't somewhere where I can discuss aspects of a custom system, where else could I go?
