Hrmm.... I only have a "free" dropbox, and it looks like they discontinued the: "Public" folder in 2017. How'd you get your avatar to work?

It's been a while since I set it up, but it's the trick described here: https://milanaryal.com.np/hosting-im...-your-website/. Basically, you create a share link and edit it slightly so it shows the image, instead of linking to where the image is stored.

You did not enter the correct format for the Custom Avatar URL field. Please read the field description for the expected format.

Per Step 2, I changed it to this:

which GitP doesn't seem to like any better.

This is probably an I-D-ten-T error, or possibly a case of ERBCaK¹, but what should I try next?²

I need a non x rated short female elf ranger type turned undead. Bonus for attractive enough to make the party care, green eyes and blonde hair turned or turning black. Picky enough?

- A female guard
- A woman with runes over her arms (or any part of her body)
- A woman in light (perhaps leather) armor
- A male scholar
- A young boy

The main character in Michelle Sagara's Chronicles of Elantra is a woman with runes over her arms and legs who serves in her city's police forces, although none of the cover art shows her looking particularly 'guard-ish'. Shane Rebenschied is the artist of at least one of the covers, but I'm having trouble finding his work online.
