Racial Bonuses

Quick question: what races if any give you a bonus to both intelegence and wisdom?

None that I've ever seen. I don't have all resources, but I almost do.

Wis bonuses by itself is very rare. I'm not aware of anything that gets both Wis and Int. And in general, there are very few builds that need high Wis and Int.

This is true, but I'm looking into making an NPC Mystic Theurge for my current campagin. Wizard/Druid fits the flavor best so something that got a bonus to wis and cha would be ideal.

Wait, Wizard/Druid is what you want to do ? Then the Arcane Hierophant from Races of the Wild seems better than the shabby old Mystic Theurge.

As the Countess said, you should look at the Arcane Heriophant.

A glance at SS gives - RHD= Racial HD. If their is only 1 RHD it gets replaced with a class level. Remember LA buy off.
Locathah - 2RHD, +1LA (+2 Int, +2 Wis)
Kuatoa - 2RHD, +2LA (+2 Int, +4 Wis)
Sprite Nixie - 1RHD, +3LA (+2 Int, +2 Wis)
Sahugin - 2RHD, +2LA (+4 Int, +2 Wis)
Ghoul - 2RHD, +3LA (+2 Int, +4 Wis)
Sprite Pixie - 1RHD, +4La (+6 Int, +4 Wis)
Triton - 3RHD, +2LA (+2 Int, +2 Wis)

That's everything <ECL 6.

Note that 2LA can be completely brought off after 9 class levels.
Example - A Kuatoa with 2RHD and 9 class levels = ECL 11.

If you're ECL 12+ the Nixie and Sprite start becoming viable with LA buyback.

Also note that you could rule that Wizard and/or Druid are associated classes for some of these, in which case their racial HD add to their Wiz/Druid levels for casting advancement purposes (which can make them downright nasty). There is a current thread about this, but ignore the Pixie melee build debate posts.
