Targets: 1 creature/level, none of which may be more then 100' apart
This spell functions as Malevolent teleport except as noted above.

I never liked that there are slots above 9th but only for metamagic/ the epic spell system... which I don't like either XP. So this is a spell that they could learn at the indicated level.

Yeah Dicrefreaks had a pdf floating around of spells of 10th level and higher, much more balanced than epic spells.

I remember the Dicefreaks pdf had a bunch of spells above 9th level, but there was an 8th-level one - "True Dispelling" or somesuch; as greater dispel magic but you could exclude friendly targets.
