Edit: This version was too clunky and restrictive, so I have overhauled the whole system for version 2.

The Rune Warden seemed a bit underpowered, so added the Rune State class feature, while rolling the bonus skill(previously in Runic Study) into Runecraft.

Have made a variety of minor changes trying to make it balanced.

The site formats the code for Google Chrome. I just tried it on Firefox and Internet Explorer, and its all chopped up horribly, but not blank. What are you using?

I don't know how else to easily post it. Its too big to just copy and paste. I'm not familiar with google docs, but maybe I should try that.

I was using Chrome, the site itself worked fine but the page on the site just came up as blank.
