Re: Dr. Stone: Stone Age Science fiction? what the heck?
New Chapter!
SpoilerNot a big fan of how easy that was, but at the same time genuinely horriied by the fact that some of our heroes might actually die. It's conflicted thoughts inside my head.
One thing I definitely know is that, even if it makes sense, Ryusei losing his cool black crack-marks is a mistake. Something should have been done to keep that design.

Re: Dr. Stone: Stone Age Science fiction? what the heck?
New Chapter!
The ridiculousness of the ancient humans continues to make things perhaps a bit too easy, given the rejuvinating feature of the re-petrification process i may just be that being returned from stone after millenia made them naturally strong. Still kinda "eh" though.

New chapter!
SpoilerWell damn. The Master is, as one would expect, petrified and with his face chopped off. That's a hell of a thing... and Soyuz is his son! Neat!

New chapter!
SpoilerWell, that chapter went places! I wonder what that guy's deal is... he doesn't feel human, even for this series. And we finally get our first look at the petrification weapon... a mobious strip loop.

Re: Dr. Stone: Stone Age Science fiction? what the heck?
New chapter!
SpoilerGen reminds everyone why he's my favorite character, and... we get to see some more hints that this island has WAY more going on than it appears. The tech and clothing Moz uses to pose as an invader are NOT things our side has, I think. It's... yeah. It's interesting!

Re: Dr. Stone: Stone Age Science fiction? what the heck?
SpoilerI think it is, we see Kaseki and Yuzuriha working for a couple of panels and then Mozu being led somewhere by the comm.
I really liked how the negotiation ended. Gen pointing out that the objective was not to beat Mozu, but to trick him is pretty good.
Still wondering how they'll deal with Mozu later on, I hope they don't have to do an "enemy mine" with Hyoga or something like that. It already feels like the amount of former enemies made friends is already reaching DBZ levels.

Re: Dr. Stone: Stone Age Science fiction? what the heck?
Spoiler
Hmm, good point. It just feels a bit more science-y than we've seen from either side so far, I think.
I have to imagine, given everything we've seen about him, that Mozu is someone who'll have to die or be bought off in some way. Not an enemy, but not an ally either.
