Go to the appropriate forum/subforum, and above all the threads, there will be large brown* button with the text "+ Post New Thread". Click that, and you're good to go!

I've been mostly reading OotS here and there for the last few years, though I've peeked into the forums as well more than a few times.

I've finally really gotten into D&D in the last half year or so, after giving up on finding an RL group to play with and joining a virtual game server. (Funnily enough, I discovered a group near me running a game. But quarantine made that irrelevant for a time being anyway.)
