Rogues Magic Item
Ok rereading my WotSQ I thought my rogue char could really benefit from Valas's nine pointed star.
It says in his description that it can teleport him as per Dimisional Door 760ft/day. So changing to algebra real quick and looking at its spell description of long or what ever = 400+40/lvl
400+40x=760
40x=360
x=8
so eighth lvl spell. I guess my real question is what would it take to make one of these/ or buy.

A rogue... with a caster level of eight?
You must be some sort of munchkin... with item crafting feats.
My sister has more ranks in Tumble then your level 13 rogue!

no, I meen the guy he buys it from must have caster lvl of 8, not my guy. He will buy it, so all i need is the price, I meen he is only a rogue.
