d6 [DICE] A "New to 5e" run of Lost Mines of Phandelver

This is the Dice Rolling thread for a 5e introductory experience of Lost Mines of Phandelver.

No player is required to use this thread, or even read it. It is available as a tool, primarily for myself, but also for any of my players that wish to make a number of rolls without taking up space in the OOC thread or waiting for replies in the IC thread.

Furthermore, it serves as a single location for secret rolls, hidden in a spoiler like this, called "For the record." These contain things like NPC conversation skills, stealth, or other things that can break immersion if announced right away. Players are free to view these after combat/conversation/investigation or whatever else is going on.

    Spoiler: For the record
    Show
In this instance, the very first encounter in Lost Mines of Phandelver is an attempted ambush on the party. Four NPCs make stealth rolls against the party members' passive perception.
A character that does not see any threat is surprised, unable to move, take an action, or reaction for the first round.

Two melee-focused characters have advanced ahead, and are presumed to take the dodge action, giving enemies disadvantage on attacks on them and giving themselves advantage on dexterity saves. Carric is presumed to target Goblin 1, roughly simultaneously.

Bimpnotten has advantage on that attack roll due to both seeing her target and being undetected; having advantage allows sneak attack damage.

PHB says I have disadvantage on all attack rolls while I'm prone, so here goes:

Dagger stab attack on the wolf: (1d20+4)[9] or (1d20+4)[22]
    Damage if it hits: (1d4+2)[5]
I say we can go where we want to, a place where they will never find. And we can act like we come from out of this world, leave the real one far behind. We can dance.

Wanderlust would presumably make an attack roll upon her arrival:
    (d20+3)[17]
    Damage (d10+3)[12]

Should the last wolf survive this hit, it makes an attack against Carric for pushing it off its target.

    Damage (2d4+2)[6]
Carric's Strength save if it hits, DC 11 (d20+2)[7]
