3.P Chameleon

I'm making a handful of characters for a custom E6 world setting, trying to see if I can make a super OP character within the limitations... what I got was an effective Chameleon level 6. It uses the skill trick feat like Freerunner and bloodlines to meet Uncanny Trickster early, plus Laborious Training, Rapscallion, retraining, and Primary Contact to get into Chameleon at character level 2.

Cheese aside, I was thinking this could make a wonderful villain even if I disallowed it for play, never know when he's going to pop up in disguise or what his strengths will be and he can wield magic that's reserved for the gods(4th level spells omg)! But I'm kind of running into a creative block on what to do with his traits(PF or 3.5 allowed).

Got the feats flushed out. He’ll be focusing on Gramarie and crafting with a touch of spheres magic.
