A little help?

some how or another i found a thread on WOTC website where they came up with all kinds of strategies to pump up a characters base speed.

i cant seem to find it. i thought someone had linked it to me in one of my previous threads but i searched them all and its not there. i may have just stumbled upon it. who knows?

if anyone knows the thread im talking about, or knows how to use a forum search engine better than I, could you please link me to it?

In this thread, Rei_Jin mentions a level 20 Zeph Monk build, but I'm not sure if it works:

Later in the same thread, I mention that in D20 Star Wars Revised, you can break the sound barrier with an 11th level jedi and three feats. I'm pretty sure the same thing is possible in D&D 3.5, but you need to use Cheetah's Speed and a draconic form with a high fly speed.
