Random thought on sun soul

As the title says I had a random thought the other day when I was comparing Sun soul and the elemental way. Couldn’t you switch radiant damage to different element and burning hands to equal level damage spell to make a much more ki friendly elementalist. And yes I know you’d be sacrificing some spell utility (water whip) for AoE

Yes, and i would totally do this. The elementalist monk is so restricting it looks like its one of if not the least used monk. Not very well liked by many at all. (not to say it isnt cool, or isnt liked at all)

To be honest. Most of the martial classes actually need a moderate buff for later level game play. For instance, the latest unearthed arcana fighter archetype should be incorporated into the base fighter class, not an archetype.
