He sighed. "Like Kabsi said, let's hope it doesn't come to that. But we are fighting for species survival, even if you don't see it that way, Hoggie. If whatever that thing is doesn't budge, and refuses to move, then we displace them. Your brother said the Blue Nixie would be here tomorrow, right? But every hour we dither here is a deep loss. When the Nixie gets here, what do you think is going to happen then? Kabsi's fighting style will help to keep things nonlethal, hopefully.

"But again, before any of that happens .... we have to open dialogue and hope we can resolve this peaceably. Even if it as simple as offering the 'pick of the litter' of the pirate ships we hope to sink to act as a new home."

Skald looks at Hoggie. "What the heck are you talking about? He checks in with me every could days via sending .... not every day. That's a lot of spell power to ask him to reserve daily. We did an update yesterday, so we aren't going to be in contact today. Look, we don't have time to sit around hoping for someone else to save the day. Now, what can we reasonably offer ..... whatever its name is? Do you think he'll go for us feeding it and providing escort protection and then maybe a sunken pirate ship if we're lucky? Because we can't begin to resolve this tomorrow once Lavinia and Rabbi Cohen are here .... by the time any negotiations are finished, we would then be yet another day behind whatever construction/ raising efforts we can do."

It doesn’t matter that our “need” is greater. We have no right to take its home. Let’s go talk to it before these “good” people do anything rash.
If I levitate can you give yourself a strength boost and fly/push us over to the boat? I will make us invisible first.”
Assuming Rusty agrees, Hoggie will cast invisibility and share with Rusty. He will then cast levitate and go up 20’ before Rusty pushes him over to the wreck.

Kabsi wasn't looking in Hoggie's direction when he turned invisible, but did catch his pet's disappearance in the corner of his eye. "Wait, where did Hoggie go? He will then tepe towards his wayward teammate.

Standing with his arms crossed looking out over the water towards where the wreak and it's squatter are, Rhoha says, "Rhoha will do what he came to do. Rhoha will clear the ship and see it raised proudly upon the sea once more. Rhoha welcomes you to talk the fish-thing into leaving, but, should that fail, Rhoha will tell it in no uncertain terms that to stay means it's death."

Turning to look at Kabsi with his brow raised Rhoha says, ”He seems determined. Plus Rhoha can’t tell where he is. Who knows. Maybe mad shaman will succeed.”

There is a soft, flumping sound on the sand. "Great. You just left me behind. I'm on the beach," calls out Rusty in Common to Hoggie.

Hearing Hoggie’s translator fall to the sand, Rhoha says, ”... Rhoha would not gamble on shaman being successful.”

"Coming!" Rusty can be heard tepeing over the collective.

Now what, Hoggie?

Hoggie and Rusty fly towards the Sea Wyvern at a blistering 10 ft per round. He inspects the wreck for signs of the creature.

He doesn't see either creature from the air.

Hoggie will fly to within 30’ of the sunken vessel looking for the creature. If he doesn’t see it still, he will stop and focus himself, searching for the mind of the creature at first above the waves and then below scanning for mental contact of a non animal intelligence.

Hoggie doesn't detect anything, but the Wyvern is thick enough with enough boards and decks that if someone is a few decks in, it would be enough to stop the divination, even though it is "just" wood (and water).
