Yubsharasehn Vampyres; four original homebrewed monsters
Hello Playground. In June 2018 I submitted an entry to a competition for homebrewed monsters over this forum, the theme being shapeshifters. You can find the link to that contest here. I took a more unorthodox approach and decided to display a creature going through a life cycle. What came to mind to me where misquitos, so I decided to make a sort of fey creature, vampire and mosquito combination here. It won 1st place in that contest, mostly for thematic reasons. They are completely finished, but if you think that they could be improved or just wish to take a look at them, follow the links below.

Interesting you mention that, because I have never actually played Darkest Dungeon before, but someone commenting on in competition made the same reference you did. See below.
Was some sort of Misquito-Vampyre mentioned in Darkest Dungeons, or is it just that the Yubsharasehn have a “vibe” to them?-
