Greetings once again playgroud! In the most recent GitP class competition Expect a low Margin of Terror I submitted the following class, which has been thoroughly reviewed. The Deep Spawn is a martial half casting class who draws magic from other planes of existence to manifest eldritch powers associated to the deep ocean. Using this magic causes the Deep Spawn to develop physical mutations and the twisting of nature itself . Dagon and the Deep Ones from Lovecraft's A Shadow Over Innsmouth served as the primary inspiration for this class.
