Ever wondered how many games are mentioned in the comic? I have listed them all in a geeklist: https://boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/2...es-order-stick

Yeah, that's on a level of telling someone a secret just before you kill them. Very close to no harm no foul, as long as they end up dead.

More to the point, I think, the rule forbids talking about the entity with any mortals who don't already know. Hel was talking to the other gods and--like every god there, good and evil--not worrying about the presence of some mortals, who are close to irrelevant in the gods' views.

Sure, that's a loophole if the purpose of the rule is to bar mortals from gaining information about the Snarl, but from Thor's casual "I can tell you all about it if Durkon mentioned the existence of a Snarl in front of you" attitude, this doesn't seem to be a rule the gods are much concerned with upholding the spirit of.

If, indeed, they have any rules they're concerned with upholding the spirit of, instead of just rules where their divine adversaries have made the letter so exhaustive that they can't find a way to get around it.

In this comic,, there are actually two ways to spell "Loki sucks" using the letters, and Rich chose the less intuitive way.

    Lord Thor
    King of Storms and Thunder
    Champion of Killing Trees

Is used in the comic, as opposed to

    Lord Thor
    King of Storms and Thunder
    Champion of Killing Trees

Only one core spellcasting class is fueled by Int.

Yup. And orcs have poor stats in all 3 - Int, Wis, and Cha.

So, regardless of which class that spellcasting orc is, him being old, boosts his ability in it.

For the purposes of that statement, "stupid" meant "poor mental stats" in general. As for "primitive", I was thinking probably Sorcerer or maybe Druid, though since that's the only panel that orc was in I guess we'll never know.

Oh, I always love em, but without knowing others' feelings on it I default to "let me not show the incredibly detailed wrinkly naked person saying" so beautiful" in a raspy, wet voice."

Also laziness in not trying to find it. Dude puts out a comic every day, that archive is massive!
