What Thoughts/Philosophy Constitutes the Prime Material Plane?

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what "Core Ideas" would be associated with the Prime Material Plane, if it shared its origin with The Outer Planes. I get that it was created by the gods, and is (obviously) made up of matter similar to th Elemental Planes. But if you had to assign them to the PMP what would you come up with? I feel like the alignment it would have to be associated with is True Neutral, but I want hear everyone else's thoughts.

All the Philosophies are present in the Prime, so if it was made of thoughts, it would be like the TN Outlands.

Only the Outer Planes embody concepts and ideas. They represent the metaphysical, just as the Inner Planes represent the physical. The Material Plane could therefore be thought of as a place where they all come together, if you need it to represent something.

We can think of the Prime Material Plane as the big pot into which all of the ingredients, thoughts, influences, factors, ideals are put to make that delicious ... chili ... stew ... what have you... that is a world. Hmmm, now I need to get the chili started, this is making me hungry.

As others have mentioned, the Prime Material is made up of matter rather than ideas. As the name would suggest.

This is true of the other inner planes too, those being the four elemental planes and the planes of positive and negative energy, and the prime material is sort of the outlands of those. It's where all the elements are present in equal measure and able to coexist and form things that aren't purely one element. The ethereal plane is sort of the astral plane of the inner planes too, I think, and the shadow plane works in there... somehow.

I'd say it's "everything in moderation" or... simply no ideas at all. A completely blank slate and an ideal location for the gods to weave their threads of reality.

That's already pretty well covered by the True Neutral Outer Plane, though.

Well, creatures that act purely on instinct are supposed to be Neutral, and obviously are so in a way different from the conscious, dedicated Neutrality of the Outlands. I wouldn't associate that with the PMP as a whole, though, because a lot of its denizens aren't like that.
