Current informations on Axe Of Prissan wielders:
    Spoiler
    Show
Wielders of the Axe of Prissan
    Starting with the most recent

Big Ears - Male Goblin Paladin. One of the protagonists of the story and current wielder of the axe.
Saral Caine* - Evil Male Half Stone Giant/Half Human. Ally of Dellyn Goblinslayer and minor antagonist in the Brassmoon arc.
Dri Featherknife - Female Human Rogue/Paladin. She was killed by Goblinslayer and Saral Caine after uncovering their plot to frame the sherrif of Brassmoon for murder.
Flejj Hillmover - Male Dwarf. He fought Kore twice and survived. His family was not so lucky. He shaved his beard in shame.

    ----

Felsibeth "Soot" Blackbringer - Young Female Human Paladin. Youngest to ever wield the axe.
Kelstride Blackbringer - Male Human Paladin. Soot's Father. Former chimney sweep. Killed by a Kobold stampede.
Drose - Genderless Golem Paladin. Drose passed the Axe to Kelstride Blackbringer to prevent the demon imprisoned within from taking control of his body.
Eled of the East - "Fat, over confident" Paladin. Was given the axe by Myorg.
Mryorg* - Evil Male Ogre. Beat (but did not kill) Vilias Red in combat and took the Axe from her. Used it to cause great suffering before eventually giving it to Elad purely to make the demon contained within suffer after coming so close to freedom.
Vilias Red* - Female Human Rogue. Was friends with Tivoth Fastfoot and took the axe after Tivoth died in battle with the intention of giving it to another Paladin.
Tivoth Fastfoot - Male Paladin. Encountered Vilias Red looting a corpse and assumed she had murdered the man. Once he realized she was innocent, the two became friends and traveled together.

    ----

Kevitch Gritland* - Evil Male... formerly... Human maybe... Fighter/Wizard. Horribly mutated by an evil swamp. Killed Eldrock Cloudcry and claimed the axe as his own.
Eldrock Cloudcry - Known in name only.

    -----

Cal - Male Gnome Paladin. Egotistic gambler. Had a powerful, icy magic effect.
Jelbin Crae - Male Human Paladin. Gave Cal the Axe willingly. Nothing else is known.

    -----

Kore - Male Dwarf Paladin. Nigh-unstoppable genocide machine against all things that could conceivably be evil, including children. Currently has a speech impediment caused by the axe and rope. Chained and screaming souls as an IME. Created the axe, but may not have wielded it.

The Axe of Prissan is the second Prissan, a counterpart to the Hammer of Prissan which traps a great Good and is wielded by Evil. The third Prissan contains the damned.

    *Confirmed non-Paladin

Should be interesting to at least see a bit of what the really big bad guy will be capable of (I fully expect a "Thank god this one was so young" type comment to suggest the other klik will be way worse) Im also taking bets on evil green klik attaching itself to some big bad demon. Perhaps THE big bad demon? Just some way to magnify its power even further.

personally i wouldn't be surprised if Kill Horribly shows up during this arc, and through either fighting it, or teaming up with it, ends up merging with it to make a warped Klok.

basically adding danger plus danger to equal super-danger.

hard to say. probably slightly bigger then those found in real life just because it's a fantasy world, and it's hard to draw to-scale insects since they'd be just some dots.

I mean, its an interesting idea, but it sounds like an all or nothing setup. Either her attack kills herself and the enemy, or she just wasted her one free death of the day and now will have to be very careful to not die again.

Yeah but what I mean is, her trump card is this self murdering spellbook and she can only use it once per day and gives up an extra life to do it.

Anyways, this fight may truly suck. I remember the original klik had all sorts of shapeshifting ability, including extending a blade shape to kill someone at a distance. I dunno if the woodklik will be as adaptable but if so this is going to be rough. On the other hand, it seems to have devoured most of the local wood so it might not have easy access to the ability to heal itself mid fight.

Wait...isn't the Racist Axe made of metal? I though this Klik was corrupted from taking a bite out of it, but why would it do that if metal isn't it's positive?

I tried looking back to find the post where Forgath sees the bite in it's axe, but the archive is broken. It just takes me to the current page no matter where I click.

According to the linked comic a bit further down it was warped because it ate shapeshifting magic. The racist axe could also turn into a racist sword which is a far less amusing pun.

Yea, I get that. What I wanted to know is why would it eat something that wasn't its positive. I never asked why it warped.

Why do you eat anything other than bread and water?

I suppose we don't know how Klik's work to figure out how accurate that analogy is, but I am certain I would eat bread and drink water a lot more if they could heal injuries the way a klik's positive does for them.

If youre getting seriously injured to the degree where you need to plan out your meals like that every day, I think you may want to examine your lifestyle.

Who said anything about seriously injured? A slice of bread is worth healing minor injuries.

I would also likely be rather reckless if bread was all it took to heal my injuries.

So, there is a new anime out. It's called Goblin Slayer, which immediately made me think about Goblins' Goblin Slayer.

Personality wise, he's basically a weaker, but smarter version of Kore, except all he hunts is goblins, period. It's okay though, because the goblins are all evil, even the children, so there is no question that he's the good guy. He's also actually polite and nonviolent to anyone that isn't a goblin. He guy wears full armour, you never see his face. He kills goblins the same sort of ruthless and machine like manner that Kore does, although a bit more cautiously, since he's not as well armed.

The world is basically D&D but all except the top tier people are fairly weak. Even the higher level spell casters have less than 10 spell slots a day.

If you are a fan of Kore, you'd probably enjoy the first episode, at least. Assuming you can deal with how the clueless newbie adventuers get destroyed. (warning: Graphic content, which includes a short [around 10 seconds] rape sequence. Frankly, I didn't find anything as disturbing as what happened to Chief after Kore was done torturing him, but it's all for individual taste).

    https://youtu.be/YSGxLU4nZrY

On another note, is there any word about that card game? I thought the thing was basically done back when the indigogo was launched, but it seems like Thunt hasn't set out the packs yet?

Kore (and his frankly lack of actual personality) is actually one of the weaker parts of this story, as far as I am concerned, so this doesn't really sell me. However, I'm sure you didn't mean this guy is really just Kore. I might check it out, although trading in Thunt's dismemberment complex for rape is a lateral move at best.

Not to my knowledge. Nor update on whether the animated version is getting any traction. I'm not here to cast judgment, Thunt seems to have some real life crap going on. But I think for the time being one should just expect the comic, under its current update schedule, is what can be managed at the time being.

Not to my knowledge. Nor update on whether the animated version is getting any traction. I'm not here to cast judgment, Thunt seems to have some real life crap going on. But I think for the time being one should just expect the comic, under its current update schedule, is what can be managed at the time being.
Yeah uhh, that was more than a bit grimmer and nastier than I like my anime. Even if in all honesty it feels like a "realistic" example of what happens to newbie adventurers attacking evil humanoids. But then, if I want realism I wouldnt be watching anime. It reminds me of the epic rap battle of history between j r r tolkien and george martin "We all know the world is full of chance and anarchy, so yes its true to life for characters to die randomly, but NEWS FLASH the genres called FANTASY! Its meant to be UNrealistic you myopic manatee!"
"Interdum feror cupidine partium magnarum Europae vincendarum"
Translation: "Sometimes I get this urge to conquer large parts of Europe."
