    Default Incarnum Question

Does the Multiheaded template give you extra crown chakras?

    RAW, no.

Though, it would make sense. I'd personally require a feat.

By the same token, would a Thri-Kreen get an extra set of Arm and Hand chakras? Nah, the soulmelds just cover all the arms/hands. In the multiheaded case, the soulmeld would be on both heads.

Same way, normally, magic item slots don't get added.
If there's a rule, there's someone out there trying to figure out how to get around it just to piss off his DM.

    ... I see... I... I don't see any reason why it WOULDN'T...

But that fails under the Oberoni Fallacy.

I believe A Multi-headed creature can have two headbands, one on each head, actually.

Though I may be remembering what makes sense to me.

The only reason I bring this up is because creatures can lose chakras for not having body parts, so wouldn't it make sense that they would gain some for having extras?

Sense? Sense! There is no place for Sense in D&D!

Well, theoretically, yes, you should. RAW, no, you don't.

It's up to your DM, I suppose. If you are the DM, it's up to you.
