Sahuagin and Myconid Race

Sahuagin
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Alignment. Belonging of a race that shows no mercy for anyone, sahuagin tend to gravitate towards lawful evil, although there can certainly be some exceptions.
Size. Sahuagin are larger than humans, ranging from 6 to 7 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. You have a base walking speed of 25 ft, and you have a swimming speed of 30 ft.
Amphibiousness. You can breathe both air and water.
Frenzy. On your turn when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you can immediately move up to half your movement speed towards another enemy creature and make an attack.

Myconids
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 2, and your Constitution score increases by 1.
Alignment. Myconoids tend to be neutral, preferring to be uninvolved in conflicts.
Size. Myconoids start out small and continue growing throughout their lifespan. At 1st level, your size is Small. At 8th level, your size changes to Medium. At 14th level, your size changes to Large.
Age. Myconoids can live up to 300 years.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 ft.
Sunlight Sensitivity. You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Superior Darkvision. You have darkvision out to a range of 120 ft.
Rapport spores. You can communicate telepathically with allies within 30 ft of you.
Myconid Resistance. You have immunity to poison damage and the poisoned condition, and resistance to cold damage. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, frightened, paralyzed, blinded, and deafened.

I think the second part of the Myconid Resistance trait makes it somewhat overpowered. I might be wrong though.
