Default Best modules, gazetteers, APs and other prewritten stuff for intrigue heavy games

Awhile back there was a short thread about good systems for playing political intrigue games. What is your favorite prewritten content with lots of ready to go NPCs, plots, fleshed out factions and adventures? Bonus points the more system agnostic it is.

Favorite single supplement would have to be Gaz 3 The Principalities of Glantri. While written for BECMI and firmly set in Mystara, so no bonus points for universality (even if the politics bit is has no rules attached), it does an excellent job of giving you a dozen or more NPCs with goals and personalities, a couple dozen political/social/ethical factions and a rough guide to how they interact and leave you with enough material to play several campaigns worth of intrigue. Few to no actual adventures but enough setting to easily make your own. And that's only about one quarter of the content of the supplement.
