This may not kick in until the first round of combat, but I believe technically Piscine can do this action at the same time as the one he's already doing...

Ah right, since you would have known you were headed for a fight, I'll allow you to start in hybrid or animal form if you should so like.

Also, upon further consideration, in the future, you can use the Concentration skill for the form shift checks, instead of pure Constitution. It's unfortunately not a class skill for Rogues or Fighters, but at least you could in time improve the reliability of the ability in time if you'd wish to.

Yeah, sorry. I should have asked for your preparations before throwing you into IC battle. -_-' I was going to, but then it slipped by mind.

What's the job description for that?
Seeing to the ship's repairs should it be damaged (mostly examining the damage and telling the crewmates how to fix it, he doesn't have to get his hands dirty if he doesn't care to). Since he has a high modifier in Ship crafting that seemed like a suitable position for him.

    Good reminder!

Alright, new IC post is up. This is a chaotic scenario, so for now I'm going to proceed by counting rounds, but without strict initiative. Please state your actions for the next round, you can start combat if you wish.

Vigo is on the merchant ship, next to the cannon, which is a Large object. There are enemy crew members nearby, though not right next to you. Eralia and Bromden are also on the merchant ship, could you describe where you'd like to land? Bromden also needs to make a Acrobatics check to see how well he swings.

Asvard and Tybalt are on the starboard side of the main deck, which is the closest to the target. The two ships are now bound together by ropes tied to grappling hooks, but there is still a 5 ft. gap between the two ships. Rafril is nearby also, but not quite at the edge.
These three need to make Reflex save DC 11 to avoid 8 fire damage.

Piscine is in the Crow's Nest.

Conditions: Fog (concealment for targets at 100 ft. distance, 20% miss chance).

If you have any questions, please ask!

Next IC post is up now, please describe your next actions! Bromden and Tybalt may describe 2 rounds worth of actions (since you didn't take standard actions yet, we're just starting and I'm being nice).

Eralia, Vigo and Bromden are on the merchant ship. Two enemy sailors are in melee with Eralia, one with Bromden. Vigo is between Bromden and the cannon, with two frozen sailors next to him. The third that he struck took a 5 ft. step away from him.

I assume Asvard stayed on the pirate ship's main deck, since any targets he'd like to hit are well withing 100 ft. Tybalt and Rafril are also on the main deck.

Piscine is still in the Crow's Nest.

    Party HP:

    Eralia: 26/26, 6 non-lethal damage
    Piscine: 25/25
    Rafril: 9/17
    Vigo: 27/27, 2 non-lethal damage
    Bromden: 15/24
    Asvard: 21/21
Tybalt: 25/25 [Ref save against 8 fire damage still needed]
