I would say the opposite - Klaus would have no problem with Gil loving Agatha if she weren't a Heterodyne/Mongfish with all the Sparky power and danger that implies. Klaus would have a problem with Agatha for those reasons even if Gil didn't love her - after all, he did even before he knew Gil loved her.

But even that wasnt truly a deal breaker, it was learning she has the Other inside her head and that it can influence her. He was cautious and wary of her being the heterodyne, but until the wasp incident he wasnt determined to end her.

The last we saw of Zola she was in Grandmother's clutches in Paris. There's no way she's in England. (And she's not a Spark.) Madwa is certainly a possibility.
