Yea, but that's another version of you, or a copy of you, it isn't you-you. You can't see what they see, you can't hear what they hear, and they can't do the same with you, and your thoughts are separate. They can't challenge your individuality. (Some stories do blur the line, however).

With the clone, it's like saying, "Oh look, American Gothic" when you see it on a book cover. It isn't the original, but you still call it with its name.

Sure the way I see it I and an alternate version of me are separate people but for the time version at the time the split happens neither of us has a better claim to be the continuation of the pre split one than the other. I see it the same way for mind copies. If I get copied both original me and copy me are a continuation of pre split me, so in a teleporter paradox scenario I consider my self to continue existing since I consider the copy of me, me as well as the me that just got destroyed. If the original body me was allowed to continue to exist it would be a different version from the new body but I consider both valid continuations of the me at the moment of the split. (Which does mean that backups are just a continuation of the past version of course not of the current one.)

Which is why if avanka robot was an actual copy I would consider her tarveks sister as well as the flesh version that died, just different versions. (I know other people place importance on the original body and continuity I just disagree.)

Martellus may be a lot of things, but he's not a complete idiot. He easily had the resources to purchase the ship legally and he knows that Albia's an enemy he can't afford to make, so why would he steal from her?

THIS is the type of person Tweedle is. He killed someone who was totally helpless because he felt like it. He's supposed to be trying to get Agatha on his side and yet he killed one of her Jaegers. That is the LAST way to get on her good side. That is how arrogant and stupid he is. So yes, Tweedle is EASILY stupid enough to have the crew of the Flea killed to get at Tarvek faster.

Among the many things Martellus is are sociopathic, as with most of his family. The fact that he's lived as long as he has speaks volumes. By the point he shot Rerich, Agatha's already seen his brutally violent side. Heck, he's already kidnapped her and given her the "I have you now, my pretty" speech. When he wanted to convince her he was a good guy, he acted like this. Now he's trying to convince her that he's her best bet to stop the Other, and killing one of her servants doesn't harm that goal.

Considering he tried to shackle Agatha with the King's Touch?
(To hilarious consequences I might mention)
Yeah, Tweedle is not the kind of man to make sound tactical decisions.
    Outside of combat that is.
When it comes to fighting he's one of the best.
I mean, wasn't the plan to make him Stormking and let others play the political/diplomatic game for him? (As „advisors”?)

We've only heard Zola's version of how The Plan was supposed to go. We don't even know for absolute certain that Tweedle was intended to be the Storm King Heir that she was gonna pair up with.

I'm pretty sure the closest we've come to hearing anything from Grandma about the Storm King/Fake Heterodyne plot has been a second-hand comment (from Seffie) that during the Timeskip she dictated "no more pretenders" until either Tweedle or Tarvek turned up alive. We don't know if she was involved in the plot at any stage, or whether she even thought it was a good idea in the first place. We also don't know if she prefers Tarvek or Tweedle (or neither) as the new Storm King; she helps both of them advance their agendas at various points.

She does compliment Zola on her near-takeover of Paris, and spirits her away somewhere.

    Aye.
And the only reason Agatha doesn't is that he's still useful right now.

Keeping with the theme of 'quotes that also describe the comic!', can I throw in a conditional vote for "Obviously No Threat To Anyone? Just trims out the 'I'm'.

As long as Agatha gets rid of that Touch of the King junk, what's the problem with shanking Tweedle very shortly thereafter? You can even blame it on Madwa and the Other-aligned Smoke Knights.
