Most people that I know that have studied Finnish (and, well, most of them live in Finland) say that learning conjugations is hell, but if you use Finnish daily, it'll just start to make sense and roll easier off the tongue.

My brother growing up had a speech impediment. He also had problems grasping words and sometimes would mix them up. For example, he'd call leaves, knees. Or mix up his m's with his p's...it was strange.

I'm sorry to offend, Peelee...should I perhaps talk about teas instead? Everyone loves tea, right? It helps keep me warm in cold weather as well. My favorite kind to use is Chai leaves. Or as my brother would call it, Chai-knees.

As I recall, googling around indicated that it was much-requested but didn't exist yet, so it may still appear at some point. As to the conjugation thing, I'm not sure that's so different than a lot of other languages. Most languages are likely to have something which will confuse someone learning it, whether it's conjugations or something else.
